Improve the status of farmers.

1 . Status of farmer is bad and farmer also want to quit the farming because they did not get sufficient profit.

2.  I have two solution

a. Public cold storage

b. Contract farming

3. Public cold storage help to provide a sound profit to farmers for their agriculture produce ant it also create employment.

and contract farming provide all facilities and security to the farmers so they can intrested in farming  and improve their life status.

The farming communities are comes under this problem in my solution. In Latin America and Caribbean Country percentage of farmer that involved in farming  are less compared to India.But in Latin America and Caribbean county also number of farmer are involved in farming.

All the poor village people  and farmer of this country.

Farmers are not intrested in farming because they thik it's not profitable . And also poor people do not have sufficient facilities and infrastructure  for developement. And the Public Cold Storage and Contract Farming help the people to develop with private sector and by government facilities.

I am a student M.Sc(Agri.)Genetics and Plant  Breeding. 

and i completed my B.Sc. Agriculture in 2019 . 

I studied all the problems and situations of the farmers specially in my country.And i also belong to a farming background family and my family suffer from all these situations.

My solution provide opportunities to farmers to get profit. and they get all  infrastructure, capital, Technology,and security of price and marketing.

these are two solution.

My solution for developement of skill based farmer  for better agriculture. 

And these farmer further help in Organic farming  and maintain sustainable agriculture.

Yes my solution is provide skill , Knowledge and economic wealth to farmers. And by this farmer can grow more and more.

Currently I am not serving single one, because I am a student now.

But after 3 year I start my own Cold storage and contract farming  for farmers.

My goal in five year  to start agriculture business mention above and serve the farmers.

Still I have not sufficient knowledge.

Also Financial problem.

I have to improve my self first.

For all these I have to work with these type of private organization for 2 year and then start work for my goal.

And learn more and more.

If my solution already implemented , then I searched for modification in already implemented solution.

I have  many other ideas to implement.

I am not working  on my solution.

In my business model  funding may be by private or government organization.

not.

I apply  because ,

may be farmers of these cuntry will be get profit . 

and improve their status by this solution.

I also will be get price.

I like to get internship to develop the poor and farmers.

I like to work with rural development organization .

And research and development department of seed company.
