Learning and entrepreneurial community (LEC)
There are few opportunities for the development of technical and financial skills by the people who live in Cajamarca, specially in the production process and the sale of their products. For that reason we propose the creation of a web platform in which educational content related to the improvement of the production process. Moreover, through this platform we are going to make visible the products that the residents produce (market place from producer to end user) in order to generate greater scope of sales locally and internationally. In this way, they would stop depending only of the sale of raw materials to big industries. Using this platform they will allow producers to learn how to create and develop competitive family businesses in the digital era.
The 41.8% of the province of Cajamarca is located in the extreme poverty economic index (Correo, 2018). Moreover, 51% of young people eligible to attend secondary school do not access formal education. This lack of opportunities generates that 76% of the population is underemployment with a basic monthly basket of $50 per person. Furthermore, despite the growing economy of large industries and the increase in their annual profitability, the sale price of raw material for small producers remains constant, considering that the generation of raw material for direct sale is their principal activity. For example, nowadays the Cajamarca region produces more than 200,000 liters of milk daily, however, since 2001, the price of a fresh milk liter has not increased (it remains at $ 0.30). However, industries currently have a profit margin of up to $ 0.72, while in 2001 it was $ 0.42. Thus, it is considered that this situation persists in that community due to the lack of development of technical and financial knowledge of the habitants of the region and its application in their productive activities.
This project is aimed at teenagers who are in the range of 12 to 17 years old in the Cajamarca province. They will develop, through the use of educational content provided at the platform, digital, finance and technology skills. In turn, this content will be useful to enhance the sale of your family products. In addition, young people will have the opportunity to share the content with the people around them in order to create a community of growth and learning, and in this process, they will develop soft skills socialization, empathy, commitment and teamwork. All of these will be transcendent throughout their lives.
It is a marketplace of local products, under family brands, that will be offered to the local and international market. In addition, those registered as sellers can access educational content in financial and technological education. This includes topics on the use of the platform, the formalization of the business through public entities, building a brand, personal and family finances, resource management and outreach and sales strategies. Moreover, those who due to the lack of internet connection are unable to access the platform, will be trained by the same villagers who previously took the courses, in exchange for a percentage of the sales.

We want to change the relation among producers, companies and customers by reducing the intervencion of the second. We achive this because we let producers sell their products directly to customers via online market place. We encourages farmer's children using new digital technologies and learn habilities that they will need to sell their product. We contribute to build a learning community where farmers themselves teach the others.
A research made by specialist shows that the direct sell of products in Spain has increase the reveneu of producers.

2: 50 secondary students and their families.
3: 700 secondary students and their families ( 250 in Peru, 100 in Colombia, 100 in Ecuador, 250 in Bolivia).
-Reduce the rate of poverty where we are going to work.
-Have 100 000 buyers in our market place in Perú and Latinoamerica.
-Every person who learn in our educational plataform will be able to implement their knowledge in process to create they own products.
Cultural: It is difficult to provide online education to the highland communities because in some areas there is not internet connection.
Market: Peruvian market is accustomed to import products because they perceive those have more quality than national products.
Legal: Many of the farmers are independent workers so they will need to pay IGV and income tax
Technical: They are many machine and tools that are not avaible for small producers because they are expensive.
Cultural: We will create alliances with local radio owners to put our educational content into their programs in return of target advertising. Also, we encourage the best positioned seller of our market to give workshops in the communities.
Market: We want to create family brands based on ancestral knowledge and customs. We believe this focuz will be attractive to the customers.
Legal: We will provide educational content relate to the process of funding legal companies and pay taxes.
Technical: We encourage farmers to use artesal methods to process their products.
- I am planning to expand my solution to Latin America/Caribbean
- Not registered as any organization
Part time staff are four students of education and one student of engineering.
Because the team is composed by four education students who knows the techniques to teach in the highland communities and two members of the team have knowledge of web development and user experience.
Nowadays we do not have any organization relate with us.
This is our social bussines model canvas.

At first we need an initial investment to deploy our plattaform and register some producers. Then we will grow with the contribute of each producer register that comes from their sales.
Because we face the reality of the highland community every day in different ways they are in disadvantages compare with people who receive high education. Also, people who want to sell their product have to sell to huge companies that buy their product at the cheapest prices and the farmers have accept the amount because they do not have other alternative.
- Mentorship
- Capacity Building
- Connection with Experts
In Perú we have Production Minister and Sierra Exportadora. First, Production Minister could help us with the connection with other organizations related with farming technology. Second, Sierra Exportador could teach us how to export national products to other countries around the world.
