Enroll 1 and 2benefits to empower 3youth's. Allows direct participant to mentor and educate two younger youth's with the same knowledge they are trained with and share resources.
Aims at providing youths with practical experience in leadership, help them be assertive and be considerate of younger friends in everything.
My solution is called; Enroll 1 and 2benefits to empower 3youth's.
This solution hold's three principles which helps address the challenge;
1) access to a platform to learn skills and practice leadership. This principle will help to address the challenge in that the disadvantage youths will have a platform to learn skills and put them to practice before adulthood. This will be done by giving each participant two younger youths whom they will share with the skills and mentor, participant will be given platform to organize youth community activities in which they will demonstrate the skill acquired.
2) development of assertiveness in youths. Change always begins with individuals who are self confident that things can be better. As such this principle will produce youths positively oriented for the future.
3) development of a youth caring for the future. Society has limited resources and as for now the globe is talking about sustainable development. In this case sustainable development will begin by youths teaching and mentoring those younger than them need to share positive information and be involved in activities that do not undermine the environment. This will develop youths with a mindset of environmental preservation.
This solution if scared it will effect change in a way that it will empower youth's with knowledge, skill, assertiveness and practical experience needed in the future workforce before they reach adulthood.
This will change things in that when youths reach adulthood they will not be there to first learn the skills needed but it will be adults who were once youths already empowered with skill ready to work.
This will make society to be oriented towards sustainable development with youth skilled to deliver the needed services.
