To Hybridize an Entire learning System is challenging, It has multiple Tangible/intangible parameters amongst multiple stakeholders and Further integration to the MOOC’s e-learning and original traditional system lacks integrated trackability, connectivity and human touch together. We are looking at a market of Multi $Billion in EDU Tech Sector, making it one of the largest markets in the world. The e-learning market has and has CAGR of 52% by 2021 reaching $1.96 Billion only in a developing country like India itself. The stakeholders in this market at every level and direction face self/interrelated challenges.
The Idea is to create a Multi-Facet Hybrid Platform to empower the worldwide Educational Systems to integrate custom content, assessment, reporting and Networking to all their Stakeholders in one place.
Traditional educational system amongst downtrodden areas causes 80% Students unskilled or uninterested. Responsiveness in education seems like impossible, but we believe QCards is a way.

Every learning process involves a different number of parameters regarding deadlines, brainstorming ideas, teamwork, competencies, Methodologies. If we look at the MOOC's in the market, an online certification with a list of all the video courses to be completed and eventually certified we would find a list of content to be completed in a step-by-step method for the completion of the topic. Also in a traditional training platform, we always have interactive methods of learning in training programs conducted by the particular domain expert who shall use many properties like Presentations, Facilitator guide, Facilitator hand-out, student hand-out and Take home material and stationery. It’s all lala land so far! :)
BUT! The entire process, when incorporated at the leadership levels, shall become a challenge when it has to be executed on a larger scale. :/
For this, The idea started from Instructor Cheat sheet (It’s really interesting) is one of such creative methods which includes the name of the activity, No of participants (If it is a discussion or game or a presentation or even can be a practical/hands-on learning, what questions to ask And track everything.
Now finally if we find a way to digitize this bit size content, distribute it, execute in training, track it, generate report and recommendations to All the stake holders, That’s Magic! We are creating a self sustainable educational methodology, it’s simple as cake! We keep what works and upgrade/change what dosent and may be customize accordingly to the learner.
The idea was aimed to create 10000 direct jobs and 1 Million indirect jobs in a decade.
However the short term impacts of QCards learning system are more interesting and keep stakeholders engaged.
The reporting system make the Organization more transparent and reliable on both technology and human touch.
However Qcards will be aimed to be installed in every classroom and also work without internet with pre content upload technology and intra connectivity.

Currently Latin America is reliable only on MOOCs and e learning and we are confident that in the next 3 years we will have a decent market share in the Caribbean
