1. Emigration and unemployment: And the problem we will attack is unemployment and generate citizen participation, thus providing greater opportunities for professional development to entrepreneurs.
2. Train young people from vulnerable communities through the methodology of social entrepreneurship through the Young Entrepreneurs Program HN, thus promoting business ideas in their early stage by implementing the Information and Communication Technologies "ICT

Encouraging entrepreneurship is one of the alternatives to avoid the high migration that is occurring massively of people and mostly young people to countries like the United States, Mexico, Spain. Given the lack of opportunities that do not allow them to develop in a better way to access a decent job and receive a fair payment.
In the Young Entrepreneurs Program HN, we aim to provide the tools to undertake based on the methodology of social entrepreneurship and with the different stages to follow from the incubation of their business ideas, continuing with the process of acceleration and thus have better opportunities to access angel investors who can strengthen their economic development initiatives.
We are connecting this initiative at the Latin American level with:

We have the methodology to begin providing training, the package of tools in information technology and communication and coffee tasting, all this to be more competitive projects and likewise in the process of incubation will identify initiatives that can generate strategic alliances at the level of Honduras and Latin America.
The success was evaluated based on the knowledge acquired by the young people that will allow them to present their project proposals focusing on the root of the problem in their communities.
750 young people trained in ICT, social entrepreneurship and the coffee value chain
We have a training plan as being:
- Coffee Tasting and Barismo (Coffee Value Chain)
- Social and Traditional Entrepreneurship
- Business models applied to projects with social impact.
- Formulation of Projects with Social Impact.
- Young Entrepreneurs Program HN, generating innovation to productive processes to acquire added value, aimed at social and traditional entrepreneurs.
- Incubation of StartUp in initial stages / projects of young people to enter a process of acceleration through the Young Entrepreneurs Program HN
Characteristics of the beneficiary population:
The intervention will consider three segments of the population:
- From 15 - 30 years old: With young men and women to train them in Information and Communication Technologies, Coffee Value Chain and Social Entrepreneurship, such topics that will serve to position your company in a better market at an international level.
- Over 31 years old: With coffee producers and traditional and social entrepreneurs in different topics that will help them to better undertake their business.
Gender equity is also considered an innovative element, since the cooperatives are also integrated by women; even one of them is 100% formed by women.
Since 2016, we are leading this initiative together with more young people but it was legally established until May 15, 2017, through favorable resolution No. 464-2017 granted by the Office of Development of the Social Sector of the Economy (O.D.S) which is an entity of the Government of Honduras in legalizing as a first degree social economy enterprise with the purpose of contributing to the economic and social development of MSMEs and vulnerable groups to improve their quality of life, empowering in civil society organizations business models with the production of environmentally friendly coffee and with the added value of using technology, information and communication tools, which allow interventions with greater results and impact on these groups in view of the Sustainable Development Objectives "ODS".
PLATFORM OF DIFFERENTIATED COFFEES AND MICRO ENTERPRISES:
The Young Entrepreneurs Program HN integrates "The Platform of Coffee and MSMEs" is aimed at making this tool informative and marketing to be of great help to producers, entrepreneurs, students and people in general to learn more about the world of coffee, also know and buy products and services offered by micro enterprises.
The "Coffee and MSMEs Platform" is an electronic tool, an online space that has the purpose of serving to promote the production of coffee online and products of the entrepreneurs. The aim is for this platform to become a regional space where information is available on the different coffees, the product elaboration processes of the entrepreneurs, the contacts, the technical processes, and the stories of the producers and their organizations, thus giving an added value to the product.

* Leader of the entrepreneurship commission of the Local Economic Development table of the municipality of Marcala and sworn in by the Mayor and the corporation of the municipal mayor's office of Marcala.
* Partner of the Denomination of Origin Coffee Marcala Honduras, to promote quality coffees of the Lenca community.
* Partner of the Business Development Center Region Lempa Honduras (CDE) with the objective of strengthening micro enterprises of the Lenca community.
