Existing skilling & career solutions are very slow, or make presumptions about the student’s learning abilities, they don't solve the basic analytical, technical, tactical, soft or performance skills. Rote skill training through videos, workshops or project based work doesn't prepare learners for real world jobs.
These solutions are very costly, not outcome based, fool learners with deceptive clarity of concepts temporarily, but when it comes to the ability to remember, assimilate or apply concepts the next moment, they fail miserably. You must have heard this common notion from students “I learnt this just yesterday, but I forgot”.
For example, Sarah learnt product-management on Coursera, which doesn’t necessarily help her master product-management. Sarah is still not confident of her learning i.e. given a new kind of problem-statement, she feels stuck. We’ve basically created a playbook for full stack computer science engineering, Data Analytics, Product management, UI-UX design, English Communication and Corporate training job roles, now we need to apply it to other engineering and non technical disciplines to cater to a larger audience.
We can translate our entire platform into other languages like Portugese as we expand into the LATAM market. We are already available in English, Spanish and 5 Indian languages.
We also empower local teachers, education entrepreneurs by converting them into TAI entrepreneurs to run a proven business model in their localities.

S:= Core Skills (e.g. reading, comprehension, brain response time, attention-span, etc.)

C, S, M are binary where 1 represents minimum requirement, 0 represents below minimum requirement, i.e. if any one is 0 the C*S*M becomes 0. A student either has all or none.
Existing skilling solutions only provide content but miss developing fundamental core skills & competencies and mental frameworks required for a specific job. This makes upskilling difficult for students with little or no formal education or who had a huge gap in learning or career.
Mental Frameworks = strategies, mental models, techniques. Experience and skills doesn't necessarily develop frameworks. This is a major factor but completely missed. Having mental frameworks will ensure every performance opportunity is fun and stress free as student's brain will automatically know what to do in specific problem situations. Lack of knowing what to do or not able able to solve or remember causes stress and frustration. Frameworks should solve that part completely.

1. We have served 7500+ paid subscribers in the last one year. Each subscriber paid us $180-$450.
2. We have strategic partnerships in pipeline through which we have a growth target to reach ~100000 paid subscribers by the year end.
3. Our goal is to reach 1M subscribers by December 2021.
We currently have 6000+ students and project to reach 1M students by December 2021. Estimating, if our Annual Revenue Per User normalises to $150 with scale, our Annual Recurring Revenue will be $150 M. That is just the beginning.
We believe that TAI has the potential to achieve a subscriber base of 100M users and a multi-billion dollar global enterprise this decade.
We want to make sure that TAI students are better prepared and are more confident for their career or learning goals than their peers irrespective of their background or educational qualification.
Resources are our biggest barrier. As we close our current funding round, we will be able to bring a few key resources in-house which will speed up our execution and growth tremendously. We have already found a strong product market fit and we are growing very fast (we have grown 30X in the last 16 months).
We will overcome the barriers as soon as we close our ongoing funding round. We are seeking $500,000 to $1M in funding. We will use the money to hire 2 key positions and build a team of support staffs who can upgrade existing accounts. We also will invest money to close 4 major strategic partnerships to reach 100000 students within this year.

We have around 200 students in Mexico through our franchise partner in Monterrey City, Mexico. We have also been in discussion with a team of professors from Computer Science department at Tech De Monterrey, Mexico to implement our program when the University reopens.
We are already in talks with prospective franchise partners from multiple countries. We want to achieve our first target of achieving a revenue of $300,000 from Mexico, and then expand to Chile, Argentina and Peru and release our product in Portugese. We are aggressively looking for suitable business partners who can help us set up TAI country operations and building our pipeline for future partnerships.

- I (https://www.linkedin.com/in/thetaigirl/) have ten years experience on working on ground with students. Starting as physics-tutor from a very small village in India, I have built an education company with 86+ learning centers across 8 countries in 2 years.
- We have built and evolved our product together and trained over 11000 students in my previous company and impacted over 160000 students with TAI.
- Our work has been recognised by President Barrack Obama at the White House as “Impactful founders in Education under 25”, we made it to the EO GSEA fastest growing student entrepreneurship ventures, Forbes 30U30 Asia 2019, was awarded “Best Product in Technology & sustainable development” by IIT Mumbai, and “Edupreneur of the year 2019” by World Education Summit.

We have multiple strategic partnerships in place. We are partnered with 3 large school chains in India, one school chain in Mexico, 6 Colleges in India. For career upskilling job placements we are partnered with 100 Open Startups, Entrepreneurship Embassy, Unicef, Government of Rajasthan and course creators.
TAI makes money from student course subscriptions. We are partnered with micro loan partners to help break our course fees of $180 - $450 into 12 monthly installments for students.
For our pay later courses, we have nominal expenses upfront as the courses are highly automated and personalised. Once they join a company, they will pay us 15 percent of their salary for two years. Our tuition will be capped at a maximum of $20,000. They can alternatively pay us only $10,000 upfront one time within 3 months of getting placed in a company.
We are operationally profitable. The high product development costs are upfront but once we start distributing our product, most of our processes becomes highly human-independent and automated thus making our business highly profitable going forward.
