Playground

The playground is where students build fictional worlds to solve world problems. They create deliverable content showcasing solutions and therefore end up in the mindset that the world is a canvas they are in charge of.

The playground helps students see that the world can be what they make it into. Through research and then world building the students come up with a vision as to how humans will be used in the near future. This type of programming gives young people the vision to go back into their communities and they can use learned skills to create jobs for themselves to solve problems everywhere. The future can be exciting instead of scary, it also helps them to see that the difficult  journey the heroes in their stories take is worth it. 

We have presented hundreds of playground shows to thousands of students. The participants and audience walk out changed. This past year four separate performing arts companies ran well by teens have come out of this programming, this puts kids in the innovative mindset. Our students can have the vision that they are going to create amazing jobs in the future workforce that do not yet exist but we must have a tool to give them the vision to do so. Stories have molded our societies ideas, the youth need this in villages and cities everywhere to see a new hope. 

The impact of this solution is in changing the way youth in the world see the future workforce. The idea is to start a movement where youth feel the future workforce is exciting and that they are going to be able to create new jobs for humans alongside automation, jobs that solve world problems.

K-12th graders will benefit that are in the shows and the audiences of the shows will benefit as will organizations and students that see the online content. They will begin to participate in this movement.

Track social media and video hits. - 200,000 people around the globe hit on the online content in a year.

YAT works with groups in 25 countries on deliverables. - Self empowerment theatre starts in 25 separate countries over 5 years.

YAT works witch government entities in 5 war torn countries to bring Sergio empowerment theatre to its youth. - Self empowerment theatre happens in at least 5 war torn countries.

This solution is unique because it is applicable to all jobs. 

This works on getting deliverables to young people in the community online that makes them feel like they can start this in their own community and use it as a pep rally for kids to feel the world is a place with possibilities.

Through the internet and funding that places experts in underserved parts of the world.

We plan to gain corporate sponsors and international foundation funding then franchise and build internal revenue streams.

This started as a small dream then turned into a global dream. We became infected by the history and the future of storytelling and its possibilities.
