The lives of people in Latin America and Caribbean will be affected positively and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal on Education for all will be achieved when this viable solution is systematically implemented. Online modules, practicals, tests, assignments, exams, seminars, workshops, symposia, and conferences will be integrated in mobile phone technology. The government and private sector will partner to fund and subsidize the customized mobile phones , as well as the monthly data bundles. This will be made available to children , women , youths. the poor, physically challenged , less privileged, rural dwellers , men, and all inhabitants of Latin America and Caribbean. The print and electronic media will be used for public sensitization and informal dissemination on the new idea and solution. Education is the key to development and economic emancipation. This solution will make education easier , better, affordable and accessible to ALL thereby achieving the desired goal.
