Growing carpentry skills of youth in refugee camp

This solution helped many youth in refugee camp of Nyarugusu to be self-dependence since 2012

My solution is t help youth who are living in refugee camp of Nyarugusu in Tanzania to have ability of working and become self-dependent and peace makers.

This is addressing the challenge as posed in the way of promoting free skills to youth who did not get a chance to be educated and become employed bu the government od international organization (case of refugee camp) also to those missed education due to conflicts occurred in their home countries.

As a scaled, this will affect the changes by keeping youth on work and help for them selves also by let them recognize themselves

This solution solves many problems like keeping youth in the camp to depend on themselves, to make youth peace makers, before some of them where dangerous in the camp because they were stating using drugs and alcohol and become robbers but now they are peace makers and friendly to the community in the camp

Myself see the development of the youth who joined the group

My solution is targeting to work with all youth in the refugee camps in Tanzania by starting with Nyarugusu amp. This have a positive impact because it helps youth to depend on themselves and become friendly to the community of the camp.

All youth in age between 17-35 who are not to school due to different reason benefit my solution

 All products produced in the center belongs to them in ration of each one what he made. If he/she made one chair, he/she is going to receive amount of one chair. 

Visit my tudents to see if they are working as we agreed with them before to leave - 60 students in the center re working independently

Have a following up for the project - After 1 year, other 60 students of the center will go to work out of the center

Have a following up - Each year i have to graduate for 60 studens

It's unique becaue is targeting youth in difficulties condition like a refugee camp where none is allowed to get out the camp. also is unique because it gives all income to the member of the group in ratio of what produced also it doesn't look for inequality but equal to all by respecting the gender.

The use of my technologies are human centered in caring the environment because my solution need good environment to be stable and this make me to work with big attention of environment care.

Destroy environment is to destry lives of the world.

First, they will get enough training and gain skills, after they will get starting tools as a loan in which they have to it back in order to give others.

My team's plan is to seek for donation and contributions from crowdfunding. and by selling our product we have to contribute a small percentage in order to male our capital to grow

The major factor is the lack of financial assistance so that we can do more.
