Assigning employees is to shifts is a costly and complex solutions; managers need to consider business needs, legal constrains, employee skills and requests, even personalities - this creates costs to business and increased employee turnover, furhter increasing costs of hiring and training.
Our solution enables managers to schedule automatically employee shifts, taking into account the business needs, legal framework, employee skills and requests, including their prefered shifts, overtimes and co-workers! This reduces scheduing time, and increase employee loyalty and motivation.
A number of shift-working related problems have been identified for employees, from lack of commitment to problems in health and personal/family life; these problems can be minimized with the use of our solution, optimizing business needs and employees requests.

Our solution considers a wide variety of factors, including business needs, employees skills and requests, preferences, to create a shift schedule that ensures that business needs are met and that employees are appointed to their optimum shifts.
Each customers provides us his business needs - and is offered the ability to change them, since business change through time.
Once the business needs are recorded, employee data and preferences are imported into the system - the system then automatically generates a proposal for optimum shifts.
This offers shifts managers the ability to complete their actual scheduling tasks within minutes (instead of days) and ensure employees have their requests fulfilled whenever possible.
This takes the burden of scheduling, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and evaluating employee requests - once a request is inserted in the system it will be considered while creating the shifts schedule.
We offfer a software solution that automatically assign employees to shifts.
Managers design their shift schedule and import employees data, skills and any special requirements (preferred shifts, co-workers, days off, etc). The system automatically proposes the shift schedule for their period of choice (from 2 days to one year) and the managers share it with their employees.
We use a number of algorithms to ensure that the proper rules will be used in eacy case, developed in C++, and .Net.

We have developed a very flexible way to resolve problems assigned to shift working, such as days off, managing additional or third party employees, employees with different legal frameworks working together (eg 40 and 39 hours per week).

We currenlty have about 900 people serving, with the goal to exceed 10.000 within one year and 500.000 in 5 years.
The number of people served represent employees of customer companies.
We wish to start operations in USA and release version 2.0 of our software.
We are in discussions with SAP, Microsoft, Oracle for integration and becoming parts of their ecosystem.
Furthermore, we have a number of research agreements with Universities.
We are currenlty using own funds and the growth is organic, however in discussions with Venture Capitals for additional investments and faster development, leading to an IPO in 5 years.
We plan to move in USA within 2020, where we are already part of the MIT ecosystem and winners of the John and Mary Papajohn Business Plan Award (2018), and Venture capital investments will help us in securing faster growth.
