AI Supporting Efficient Workforces
In the work process human errors are common. However, machines also make mistakes even with artificial intelligence.
The solution I propose is that human errors in the workforce can be reduced if artificial intelligence provides useful information in the work process, and if the machines are monitored by humans in real time.
This solution will positively change the coexistence between humans and intelligent machines. The work efficiency will be greater, and the worker will be rewarded.
The main goal of this project is to make the workforce more efficient, without having to fire workers when they are threatened by automation and artificial intelligence.
It has been shown that automation and artificial intelligence also make mistakes, for example during the manufacturing process of automobile devices and accessories, sometimes quality deteriorates, and quality control rejects them. Only the supervision of the human being can save the company a lot of money.
On the other hand, the worker needs to be continuously fed back by the machines to make his work efficient. This is a teamwork between humans and machines.
Yes, the US had hemorrhaged manufacturing jobs, losing close to 5 million of them since 2000. Trade may have been a factor—but it clearly wasn’t the main culprit. Automation was. Robots and fancy machines had supplanted workers, turning the US into a manufacturing dynamo at the cutting edge of innovation. An article in Vox, published a month before the 2016 presidential election, spelled out the situation.

To address this solution, the following is necessary:
1) The worker is trained with the new technologies. Artificial intelligence has lived a new era, for example machine learning includes: Machine Learning on the Edge, Machine Learning on the Gateway, Artificial Intelligence Blinky, Machine Learning in the Cloud, Neural networks, OpenCV, etc.
2) That the new technologies related to automation and artificial intelligence are not so complex in their communication with the worker. The interfaces must be quite user friendly.
3) That all this implementation can't be very expensive, nor its maintenance. Therefore, service providers must have affordable prices.
I'm providing the online training service with the use of new technologies. To reach my goals I'm considering the following points:
- Know your audience. The first thing you need to do in order to create a memorable online training course is know who your audience is; meaning know their knowledge, skills and expertise levels. In order to understand how to present the subject matter so that it will help expand your audience’s professional knowledge base, you need to carefully assess your audience.
- Grab employees’ attention. As a first step to grab employees attention, consider creating an eye-caching online training course title and introduction. Therefore, you need to provide them with a clear framework that directs their attention to key concepts and propositions. To help them easily recognize and then memorize these key concepts, be sure that you repeat them multiple times throughout your online training.
- Create a powerful online training course structure. Have realistic expectations of your online training course and don't suffocate them with content; it's impossible to absorb too much information in a limited period of time, anyway. So, design a “brain friendly” course structure in which large volumes of information are divided into key sections.
- Address employees’ emotions. As we already know, emotions amplify memory. In fact, it has been proven that without the emotional element, it is difficult for long term memory to be effectively formatted. Thus, if you're interested in creating an online training course that produces long term memory formation, you need to design it in a way that your content elicits emotional responses in employees.
- Make your online training course interactive and convenient. In order to offer employees an unforgettable online training experience, your content should be pointed out in the most interesting way possible. stimulate your audience’s interest and engagement levels by adding games, multimedia, and other interactive elements into your online training design.
- Show employees the real world benefits of their online training. To create a memorable online training experience, you need to put the information you want employees to absorb in the real world. Information becomes solidified in our long term memories only if we are given the opportunity to reflect on it. Allow employees to see themselves in scenarios that offer real world benefits and give them the chance to take action and make choices.
- Increase opportunities for people - especially those traditionally left behind and most marginalized – to access digital and 21st century skills, meet employer demands, and access the jobs of today and tomorrow
- Upskill, reskill, or retrain workers in the industries most affected by technological transformations
- Prototype
My solution is innovative from the point of view that I'm using social networks to educate students and workers who want to learn about new technologies related to artificial intelligence. I have even published books in digital format and one on paper.
This information that I'm providing is difficult to find in books five years ago for example, since all this is changing day by day. Even I have won international awards where I share useful information about these new technologies that I'm talking about.
But from what I have observed, most organizations don’t heed them when tackling innovation projects. Indeed, when developing new products, processes, or even businesses, most companies aren’t sufficiently rigorous in defining the problems they’re attempting to solve and articulating why those issues are important. Without that rigor, organizations miss opportunities, waste resources, and end up pursuing innovation initiatives that aren’t aligned with their strategies. How many times have you seen a project go down one path only to realize in hindsight that it should have gone down another? How many times have you seen an innovation program deliver a seemingly breakthrough result only to find that it can’t be implemented or it addresses the wrong problem? Many organizations need to become better at asking the right questions so that they tackle the right problems, and this is what I am trying to solve.

- Urban Residents
- Minorities/Previously Excluded Populations
1. The current number of people I'm serving are 1000,
2. the number I'll be serving in one year will be 5000,
3. the number I’ll be serving in five years will be 10000.
My solution include:
Define the problem: Identify the issue that you're dealing with. Observe the problem area closely to form a detailed image of what's wrong. Analyze employee behavior, workplace policies, and operating procedures.
Brainstorm alternatives: This is one of the most important stages of problem-solving. It requires a careful balance of creativity and logical thinking. Compare all possible alternatives.
Choose the best strategy: Strong decision-making is essential at this stage. After carefully considering all your options, you must select the best strategy for your problem and stick with your choice.
Implement my solution: Implementation is the critical peak of the problem-solving process. This is where you draw up an action plan, share it with the appropriate personnel, and follow through with your chosen approach.
Well I’m really excited by this project because in five years, I’d like to be seen as someone with deep expertise in the education sector, and I know that’s something that I’ll have an opportunity to do here. I’m also really excited to take on more managerial responsibilities in the next few years and potentially even take the lead on some projects. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some amazing managers, and so developing into a great manager myself is something I’m really excited about.
1. Changing Strategy: Organizations should be continually assessing performance to keep pace with today’s business environment. If the market dictates a change in strategy, goals should be adjusted to reflect that change.
2. Lack of Resources: Organizations use strategy and goals to move a business forward. However, this is all dependent on how well goals are achieved.Accomplishing any goal is dependent on three things: people, time and money.
3. Perceived Priority: Sometimes goals are the main focus at the beginning of the year but as the months go by the attention and chatter slows. Achieving goals needs to be kept at the forefront by continuing to have conversations about them, or it may be perceived that the goals are no longer important. Goals should be discussed on a regular basis until they are achieved.
Guidelines for making goal setting and planning effect by overcoming my barriers are:
- Understand the Purposes and Limitations of Goals and Planning.
- Communication and Participation.
- Consistency, Revision, and Updating.
- Effective Reward Systems.
- Encouraging Change and Motivating Employees.
- Being Ready for Future Contingency.
- I am planning to expand my solution to one or more of ServiceNow’s primary markets
The more important audience for this intelligence is inside my project:
Sales: To develop a growth plan what is the potential for this growth? How many potential buyers are there for us to target? What share of this market potential could we win versus competition in the marketplace?
Marketing: Is the market we operate in growing, mature or declining in size and based on this information what is our strategy to grow within this?
R&D: Is the potential for our existing products or services limited by the size of the market and do we need to innovate to expand our market potential or enter new markets?
Finance: If we invest in sales, marketing or product development, what is our likely return on investment from this?
- Not registered as any organization
In this project are working only two people at the moment.
Because we're continuously innovating, and I'm participating in
technological and international contests where I have won very important prizes that you can see here:
Currently I'm not working with any organization, however I would be very happy if even a sponsor approaches me to talk about interesting projects that I have in mind.
They are about identifying customers and competitors, their values and behavior. Here they are about technology and its dynamics, about a company’s strengths and weaknesses.
E-Commerce business model is an upgradation of the traditional brick-and-mortar business model. It focuses on selling products by creating a web-store on the internet.
Corporate Social Marketing programmes and consulting services will be big contributors, too, where we will offer tailored project matchmaking services and consumer reporting tools. I'll will bring in money to fund my work, whether through sustained donations and selling products or services, raising investment capital, or a combination of all.
I'm applying to the "Digital Workforce Challenge" for the first time, and my expectations are high. I believe that knowledge is the only way to save this world from all human stupidities. I'm sad to see that ignorance makes us take wrong paths with many obstacles, and endangering the lives and happiness of many people.
If my solution is accepted, I immediately start up my project and on a large scale, so that education about new technologies will not stopped. That is what I always looking for, moving forward day by day and not to think on absurd things. Either way, I would be very happy that any accepted solution does something similar to what I am looking for.

I have always loved reading and new technologies. So, first I would like to partner with a large book publisher to speed up my project. I don't give a name, but I'm sure that in the United States I could find something very interesting. With regard to new technologies, perhaps: SparkFun, Adacore, AARP, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino.
