1.Our solution is to address people with disabilities that have limited accessibility and resources to adopt digital literate and soft skills for the future of work.

Proposing a networkable AI online platform that connects people with different and similar disabilities to connect, communicate and collaborate with mentors/academics and stakeholders to help upskill their collaboration/work skills. Education-based platform that could also act as a social networking tool to branch job opportunities/proactive innovative action between people with disabilities and local/international stakeholders.

3. The solution could positively change the lives of people with disabilities by helping to create a strong sense of community with opportunities to increase their employability by helping develop their soft skills as well as their technology-based capabilities. Giving opportunities to utilise skills learned socially improving the wellbeing of people with disabilities and economically providing prosperity to the introduction of technologically innovative people to the future of work.

• 1 in 3 employers say that they do not hire people with disabilities because the cannot perform required job tasks.
