Cordova Learning and Peace Center Center elevates the use MOOC or Massive Open Online Course helps people to earn equal education and learn specialized skills for self-development and the needs of the industry of tomorrow.

We live in a world where Artificial Intelligence (AI) saturated industries are rapidly growing in the height of Industry 4.0. Moreover, the growth of AI threatens human labor capacity and causing disruptive chain effects to the employment rate due to low competitiveness to machine as the workforce of the future. 

In a nutshell, human are losing to the machine due to lack of specialization skills as the demand of the industry. Thus, the solution of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) education system can effectively supports human specialized skill development  and increase competitiveness to thrive in the 21st century.

MOOC education system really improves and change my life. Here are the evidence of my accomplishments because of MOOC :

A. Android Scholarship by Google

I am not a computer science student, but I have the opportunity to advance my technical skill in Android programming with the scholarship in self-paced learning by MOOC

B. Google's closed conference invitation

I also earned the invitation as one of Indonesian developer to Google for Indonesia event as one of the biggest Google conference in Asia-Pacific region.

As you see, MOOC brought me to a whole new level of achievements, thus we want to share that happiness and experience through this solution.

The are two major impacts from our solution. First, our solution address the inequality of education issue by collaborating between NGOs and locals to create an inclusive learning atmosphere in Cordova Learning and Peace Center with MOOC education system. 

Second, is the increase of workforce competitiveness and specialized skills to meet the needs of industry for tomorrow. 

CLPC works with educators to introduce the MOOC learning method to the learners.

The solution combines two vital aspects between technology and inclusive learning space. CLPC supports the individual and industrial demand for specialized skills development through connected learning materials from world-class universities to big companies (Udacity, MIT OCW, and Google), and direct assistance from our key-partners such as the NGOs and academics in CLPC.

Moreover, each CLPC in different countries are connected to form a positive impact and motivate every people to learn and enhance their skills to thrive in the 21st century. Thus, this solution also address equality in education as part of Sustainable Development Goals of United Nations (UN).

Our solution values are to serve the communities by the establishment of learning centers in several countries with the connected learning system by mass integration from several MOOC platforms (Udacity, eDX, MIT OCW, Coursera, etc) and field assistance from our key-partners (academics, NGOs, and others) to help and involve many people learn specialized skills for workforce quality improvement.

We're establishing learning centers in several countries where people (especially youth) can gather and learn directly from our educators everyday from 09.00 AM to 21.00 PM. Moreover, we also offer distance learning feature where our experts will cooperate with local government to help grow the network connectivity range and monitor the education progress from each learners. In the end, CLPC will give scholarships for potential learners to advance their study or career in university and company partners.

Prior to this idea, we made an animation consultant known as Magika Animation Studio where we help build animation for business project presentation in college and general (already running for 6 months). From the project, we've collected around $150 to $250 every months for each project, which helps us to pay college tuition, research, and develop new projects such as Cordova Learning and Peace Center (CLPC). 

Thus, we're financially prepared. Moreover, for CLPC, we're also planning to approach investors through innovation competition such as SOLVE to realize our solution, especially to provide quality learning materials and broaden network connectivity in the rural areas of our solution target. 

The limitation factor of our solution is 'How can CLPC delivers the idea to the people', especially for the MOOC education system. People need different amount of times to adapt with the system, and to avoid project halt, we need experienced educators to help us introducing the system to the society, especially in different countries. 

In my perspective, Solve helps build the future of humanity, and it sparks my interest to be part of the change. Thus, I apply to Solve to learn more about the future education alongside the experts and educators, to improve our workforce of the future. 

Currently, we don't have any partners. But, our solution plan is to collaborate with local governments and NGOs such as educators group, education researcher and youth volunteers.

CLPC opens for collaboration with MOOC platforms, educators and experts. We don't have competitors.
