are available to all and not just the fortunate few.

Campus Vibe is a startup that seeks to provide opportunities to both the educated and talented youth. It's basically a startup that seeks to provide internship opportunities to the educated youth in order to enable them to acquire the required skill set required in their chosen career field. It also seeks to provide opportunities to the talented youth and link them up with organizations that may be willing to sponsor, mentor and train them to be better. The startup also seeks to cater for the youth that doesn't have everything figured out yet(Adolescents), the startup will counsel and mentor the youth on what they might be interested in and basically help them realize that they can achieve anything they put their mind to .I believe that Campus Vibe will curb the challenge by ensuring that the youth is able to acquire the skills required for them to succeed or truly tap their potential and ensuring that opportunities are readily available. More often than not you will find that the youth are qualified but the opportunities lack. I simply want to close this gap completely. If implemented, I believe the world will be a much better place, firstly youth unemployment will have been drastically reduced, Low suicide rates due to depression caused by a lack of purpose and ability to fend for oneself, there will be more impact on the work done since the individuals will be doing their work passionately and not for the sake of being paid, this will be achieved by analyzing the grades attained by a particular youth in relation to their passion and hence advising them on the best suitable course to pursue. Equitable opportunities will be provided for all regardless of gender, religion, financial background and race hence achieving transparency and curbing corruption.

Campus vibes seeks to curb corruption by ensuring that opportunities are accessed equally by all. Most African youth are unaware on how to go about seeking this opportunities, campus vibe seeks to create this awareness. Campus Vibe seeks to get rid of Incompetence from the youth in the job market by ensuring that the youth are able to keep their jobs and hence lowering the Unemployment rate. Campus Vibe seeks to enable the youth to have fruitful careers that they passionate about. Campus Vibe seeks to close the  huge gap between the fortunate and the less fortunate.

This outcome of coming up with a solution came about due to an ordeal that I encountered. After my third year in campus,f I was supposed to look for an attachment opportunity but things didn't go as planned since I wasn't willing to part with a certain amount of money.Some of the evidence from the public include:

I believe my solution will help to:

1. Reduce the rate of unemployment among the youth by ensuring that the youth are well-skilled in their work.

2.Promote the youth's talents and educational interests through partnership with interested organizations.

3. Improving my country' s economy by ensuring that every individual is catered for and that they are passionate about their work.

4. Help to reduce crime cases and rates of depression which are caused by a lack of hope and understanding of oneself.

The youth are the main beneficiaries and It will be deployed in form of an app.

Conduct annual surveys to determine to determine whether unemployment rate has declined. - 100,000 people get and maintain their jobs.

Conduct annual surveys to determine whether there's increased number of youths getting training opportunities. - 150,000 both talented and educated youth get opportunities for internship and to pursue their dreams.

Track downloads in the app store. - 500,000 youth in East Africa download our app.

I believe my solution is unique in that it seeks to cater for both the talented and educated youth. More often you will find that the bright ones are considered more than the talented. I want to help everyone to hone their skill and hence achieving equity and success for all. I think my solution is unique in that it seeks to ensure that the youth are equipped with skills and that they are passionate about their jobs and work. I believe that any task done with passion always has a huge impact.

Today's world is technology based. I believe my solution will Involve the youth since It's deployed in form of an app. There are not well- off communities or individuals in Sub-Saharan Africa but most of them can be able to use the internet. I think this capability will help the less- fortunate grasp the opportunities offered by my solution.

My solution is deployed in form of an app and I think majority of the youth will be able to access It. Yes It will be affordable to the youth, all that one is required to do is to download the application. There are affordable internet bundles in Kenya for as little as 30 Kenyan shillings and once purchased I believe one will be able to download the app. There are also Institutions and areas where one can be able to access free Internet.

Well, we are not well off and therefore can't be able to cover the
exorbitant cost that come with creating a successful start-up.Most of us
plan on first graduating from University,  get jobs and then acquire
the funds required to run a successful start-up.We also plan on seeking funds from well-off business moguls who might be interested in our project. There is also the option of fund raising from well wishers.

Firstly, It's the lack of Capital and Investors which is an essential requirement for any successful start-up. Secondly, is my team, I feel that some of them do not share the vision that I have and hence this often leads to conflict and stagnation.Thirdly, I think having mentors who are willing to guide,advise and correct us in every step of the way will increase our chances of success. Unfortunately, most I have met are usually not willing to share their knowledge and one must pay a hefty price for any sought of help.

I'm applying to solve because I hope to learn how I can be able to create and run a successful startup that will help and ease the life of the youth. I hope to learn a whole lot from the mentors and be able to understand and curb the challenges that come with building a successful start-up.I hope to network with organizations so that I can be able to empower the youth and link them up with organizations that will hone, mentor and help them to be better and competitive individuals.

I currently do not have any partners, but I have been offered a scholarship at Watson University in Colorado USAM.Recently, a company from Istanbul called Start-any reached out to me but nothing's final.
