PhiBS is a Digital Business School, Business Mentoring in the students housing and Youth Entrepreneur Camp in the villages. We can create opportunities for disadvantaged youth who growing up in the in the 68.000 villages in Indonesia and children of Indonesian Migrant Workers in 142 countries around the world.
PhiBS is created to achieving growth with equity, specially in the developing countries. We are create a better living for disadvantaged youth who growing up in the 68.000 villages in Indonesia and children of Indonesian Migrant Workers in 142 countries around the world by helping them to get skills they need to prepare them for the workforce on the future and thrive in the 21st century.
PhiBS can connect disadvantaged youth in the villages, children of Indonesian Migrant Workers, volunteers and investors. Concept of PhiBS is a Digital Business School, Business Mentoring in the students housing and Youth Entrepreneur Camp in the villages.
In 2020, we create 10,000 student of Digital Business School, business mentoring in the 1,000 students housing and youth entrepreneur camp in the 1,000 villages in Indonesia.
Based on data from the National Agency for the Placement and Protection of Indonesian Workers about 6,5 million Indonesian Migrant Workers working in 142 countries around the world. About million children have been left behind by Indonesian parents working overseas. Of the 3,696 trafficked persons assisted by IOM, They originated from 31 of the 33 Indonesian provinces. Of course, most of them from the villages. The village (desa) is the lowest tier of government in the Indonesian administrative hierarchy. Indonesia’s 68,000 villages are guided by a principle in law 32/2004 of “village autonomy” (otonomi desa).
The most influential groups of shipbuilders in Indonesia are Bugis-Makassarese boatbuilders of South Sulawesi. Who must have been the builders of the Phinisi that led first to the expansion of the Kingdom of Bone in the 17th and 18th centuries. The Bugis prospered and spread in the 17th and 18th centuries as collectors of trepang, which gave them the experience that enabled them to become traders all over Indonesia as soon as this became possible with the rise of Singapore from 1820 onwards. Phinisi ship is a traditional sailing ship from South Sulawesi, there are 34 traditional phinisi building companies.
5,000 disadvantaged youth who growing up in the village in Indonesia and 5,000 children of Indonesian Migrant Workers from about 1,3 million Indonesian Migrant Workers in the Middle East join as a student in digital business school.
5,000 student join business mentoring in the 1,000 student housing and 20,000 student join Youth Entrepreneur Camp in the villages in South Sulawesi Indonesia with the population 8,032,551 peoples, South Sulawesi the most populous province on the island (46% of the population of Sulawesi is in South Sulawesi), and the sixth most populous province in Indonesia.

Business school existing right now is very exclusive and expensive. We didn't find any business school in Indonesia specially in Sulawesi Island of Indonesia focus to empower disadvantaged youth and children of Indonesian Migrant Workers.
We believe that we are the first. We can connect business future in 142 countries around the world and 68.000 villages in Indonesia. With technology, we create a new smart village civilization. We can connect all villages in the world. We can connect volunteers and investors who have interest to contribution and invests in the villages.
We are connecting students, volunteers and investors that allows to open and manage their own digital business class and account smart village easily and for free in our website or mobile applications.
PhiBS provides a better digital business class experience to the volunteers, so that the volunteers can provide a better teaching experience to their students.
PhiBS provides a better smart villages experience to the investors, so that the investors not only can see their investments, but have the chance to control, evaluate and visit their smart villages.
We will establish database through survey of population and distribution the disadvantaged youth who growing up in the 68,000 villages in Indonesia and children of Indonesian Migrant Workers in 142 countries around the world. We will work together with the government.
We will send messages to our target by networking and community involvement, brochures, posters, packaging, business cards, local newspaper, advertising and magazines. By advertisement in PhiBS Media (online) and our business communities, we invite to be member of PhiBS and we will make family event every month
(Refreshing, cultural night, sharing inspirational story and giving awards).
