The increase of youth and women unemployment is hindering human and social sustainable development growth in Tanzania. Unemployment in Tanzania breaks socioeconomic and environmental values of Tanzanian youth and women, as a result some youth and women end up been criminals, prostitutes, beggars and even some kill themselves because of emotional and physical stress. Unemployment is a huge challenge in Tanzania and we believe crowdfunding will reduce and discard this challenge by 2030 in a sustainable manner.

Green Livelihood for Century Development (GLCD)  was founded in 2015 with aim of providing education outreach programs to school children,  youth and the surrounding marginalized communities in Tanzania.  GLCD focuses on uplifting and empowering people with strategic and innovative sustainable development ideas and projects. 

The team management is well experienced and skilled with community engagement and entrepreneurship skills and educational knowledge. In 2016, GLCD established long-term mutual relationships with local,  national and international agencies and organizations that will be base to accomplish a common goal for a sustainable future.
