The new era classroom is entirely digitized learning center which will be opened up at different corners of globe for imparting primary education conjointly with 21st century skills to kids(5-14yrs&teens) and providing the most in demand enterprise skills to youths helping them prepare for futuristic jobs and long term success.
The New Era Classroom is a learning center where kids, teens and youths will be tutored and groomed with primary education and skill sets of 21st century. The center will be integrated with libraries, digital technologies ranging from laptops, desktops to internet and wifis’, from printers to smart class and projectors. The technologies available at these centers will help kids and youths to a greater level of understanding of core academic subjects and their application in the practical world. Along with the academic knowledge, kids will be trained with five key skills(5C’s) i.e. critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication and culture awareness. In new era classrooms, the youths will be trained with the most in demand enterprise proficiency i.e. Digital literacy, Presentation skills, Team work, Financial literacy and art of public speaking and each graduating youths trained in listed skills from these centers will be mentored for initiating their startups in reaching market from the mentors of our organization.
The model of the new era classroom is based on 5-A’s Principal i.e.

By giving equal opportunities to kids and youth from all social and economic backgrounds.

That’s why the entire process of learning is digitized and academic subjects are taught along with 21st century skill sets.
4. Affordability: - Making sure that no child or youth is left behind due to financial constraints
That’s why the new era classroom has a scholarship aid policy.
5. Assesbility: - Effective ways to analyse the performance of apprentice and mentors
By taking regular tests among peers and feedbacks of classrooms’ running from apprentices.
- The Indian schools still prefer chalk and board system vs. digitized learning environment leading to weak understanding of key fundamentals in academics and its practical applications by the students.
- No importance is given in building skill sets among students in Indian schools.
- ‘’Parents spend more than 28% of their income for primary education in India’’ by UNESCO, thus middle and poor class families face financial conflicts for education of their children.
- Lack of enterprise skills and proficiency is increasing the unemployment rate. Only 3% college and 7% MBA graduates in India are employable according to a survey by Indian(government).

The digital technologies like smart classes and projectors will help young kids and teens to engulf the conceptual knowledge in an enhanced natural way.
Learning 21stcentury skills
The wisdom remains insignificant if it isn’t delivered with real life skills, so along with an advanced digital learning experience, the students will be taught 21st century skills, helping them to become more critical, organized and fine leaders.
Enterprise skills
The enterprise skills have become a key thing for being employed and demand for digital literacy has raised by 212%, so training enterprise skills will help youths in getting employed.

By taking tests at regular intervals and final exams at the end of each semester(year) - 300 kids (Grade 1st to 8th) getting quality primary education with 5C’s each year from each NECs center.
By testing their credentials about the taught skills after finishing of each course at the NECs . - 300 teens and youths (grade 9th to 12th) graduating each year from NECs equipped with 21st century skill sets(5C’s) from each NECs center.
By testing the taught skills through exams and being in contact with graduated youths from the New Era Classrooms to know about the jobs and corporate they got in. - 720 youths each year (12th pass and college graduate) skilled with enterprise skills from each NECs center and employed in different jobs and corporate.

The New Era Classrooms is focused on imparting quality education equipped with 21st century skill sets to kids, teens and youths. The integration of digital technologies in the classrooms will give peers the foundation and early exposure to its use and operation. Students will learn computer’s use and its applications(software&programs) building their critical thinking, while involvement of internet(wifi) will help them in culture awareness(research) and smart class and projector will create a creative, collaborative and communicative atmosphere leading to a holistic development of students.

Runs(two session)
Two sessions are:- Morning and Evening
1.Morning
Grade:- 12th pass and college youths
Routine:- Monday to Saturday
Course & Session:- Enterprise skills for 4 hours
2. Evening
Grade & Routine: - 1st to 8th(Mon to Fri) and 9th to 12th(Saturday and Sunday)
Course & Session: - Primary education with 5C's to grade 1st to 8th for 6 hours& 21st century skills(5C's) for grade 9th to 12th for 6 hours.
Taught By:- Mentors through techs.
Registration: - Online with basic standard fees.

During research stage, we will sustain ourselves by organizing national level competitions in two areas : -
1. Writing competition 2. Arts and design competition
The registration charges obtained through these competitions from participants will help us during initial phase of sustaining ourselves and two competitions will also promote imaginative part of youths and the values of New Era Classroom i.e. Creativity, culture awareness, Critical thinking.
During Pilot, Growth and scaling stage, the enrollment fees obtained for getting enrolled in different programs of New Era Classrooms(NECs) by kids, teens and youths will help us to sustain ourselves. With the passage of time, we will open up the New Era Classrooms Center at different places ranging from cities, states and then to different countries and continents with the focus on those place which have a rich hub of young kids and youths.
Financial Investment: - The New Era Classroom is a digitized learning center and we need initial funding for buying techs and digital gadgets to start off our solution in real world.
Advertisement & Promotion: - Advertisements and Promotions have always been a key factor in scaling of any organization on a global basis and attracting the people, so advertisement is necessary for attracting youths to New Era Classrooms and in knowing its special features.
Recruiting skilled mentors: - We need skilled mentors to maintain the promise of quality standard education.
