DE24Axel
- Pre-Seed
DE24Axel is an Accelerator program based on the Disciplined Entrepreneurship (24 steps) program created by Bill Aulet, Director of the Martin Trust Center (MIT) for Young people living in the french suburbs (disadvantaged areas suffering from discrimination).
Our solution is to launch accelerators in the french suburbs for young people who are facing a fierce discrimination in France to teach them and make them experience Entrepreneuship through the Disciplined Entrepreneurship frame in 24 steps created by Bill Aulet.
Discrimination has deep psychological effects on people suffering from it and serious negative consequences on their self-esteem.
The program DE24Axel aims not only at providing this disadvantaged population with Tools to launch their own venture and contribute to the economy but also at increasing their self-esteem through their achievements.
The DE24Axel is part of the Solve Business School Programs.
Youth from french suburbs are victims of discrimination at many levels: work, accommodation, etc. This daily discrimination has severe consequences on their self-esteem so that they often end up launching any initiatives to avoid an additional rejection.
Accelerators will help them to gain in self-esteem and in technical skills required to launch a venture.
There are some initiatives in the french suburbs but they have no success because youth don't rely on them anymore and because they are not innovative enough.
Our solution is innovative in the sense that it is practical (they will be provided with Tools) and the teachers will come from abroad to deliver their expertise.
The target population will benefit from a 5 days Accelerator, will interact with experts, will experience the DE24 Framework. For that matter, the Solve Business School has many contacts in those disadvantages areas who will help to gather young people onto the Accelerator.

First, there is no such program in France, and more specifically addressed to disadvantaged young people from France.
Disadvantaged areas are full of potential entrepreneurs who need help and mentoring to blossom. Most of them have bright ideas on how technology can help the society.
Youth from those disadvantaged areas faces a daily discrimination. The DE24Axel will help them to give a sense to their existence.
.
The Solve Business School has a wide network in those areas that will help to reach youth from those areas. It will be a free program. The Accelerator will be organized within those areas thanks to local partners.
