My idea is talking about how can I reduce the uses of plastic in very low level and support the other materials such as cartoon and aluminum cans with sustainable income source for continues.

This idea is depending on recycle the target martial such as cartoon bags and aluminum cans with a circle depending on the spin of the recycle circle.

3- My solution will be very helpful cause he depending on finance the people money when you deliver more junk to recycle.

1- The scale of the problem around the whole world is big and the solutions is an innovation idea to solve the problem around the whole world.

The mechanism of working:

There will be a collecting point to collect the garbage but the garbage will not the regular garbage it will be the aluminum cans, glass bottle and cartoon stuff.

In first you will establish collecting point to collect the garbage and contract with delivery persons to collect the garbage.

The finance in first steps will be from the credit amount.

The collecting points will not very much in first and will increase in the future.

The collecting person will be such as delivery services but in garbage so we can say national project, any age over 18 years old and any sex can be involved in it to make money but to collect anything but plastics.

The delivery boy will pay for people who will provide him by the demanded garbage and he will get paid in the collecting point by pricing list will spread over the streets and social media.

The finance between people and collecting points will depend on the bank donate in first starting in this project and the money will be back when collecting points give the materials to the junk factories so the project and the idea will have the continues properties.

The materials that collected will be provide the companies that use these materials or there will be contract with garbage’s companies such as in Netherlands to recycle them and in the 2 situations will get money to make the project continue.
So, the collecting point will accept the garbage that specific before and will finance the people who will contract with them to deliver the garbage and the collecting point agent will pay from the credit amount.

There is 4 Scenarios to deal with the garbage:

1: accept the whole garbage with plastics materials:

In this type we will accept the whole rubbish and classification the first class martials such as the aluminum, glass, cartoon and then the plastics.

In this kind the plastic will recycle uses in electric hose in building’s company or in water pipe’s company.

Or we guarantee that the plastics will execution in healthy way. 

The second solution: accept the plastics without pay for it:

In this type we will take the plastics material without pay for it to give the delivery boy that we are not supported the plastics. 

The third solution: Don’t accept the plastics:

In this type we will not accept the plastics materials at all to make people not dealing with the plastics so you have to deal with the cartoon bags or cloth bags and aluminum cans and other materials to make money by your garbage.

The fourth solution: Mixing between the previous models:

We can accept the all materials and also plastics but the plastics will be very low prices.

For example if the cartoon junk is 1 USD for 1-kilogram and plastics junk 1 USD we will make the plastics junk 1 USD for 5-kilogram.

If we look in deep of the sharing projects such as websites such as YouTube and Facebook we will find that there success depending on involving people in huge numbers by billions in the sites and the most successful reason that this websites give them money to there videos depending on numbers of views and this website grantee the the numbers will increasing cause they give people money for there success.

and the success of the websites depending on the huge numbers of members.

so my idea the same main idea so we can call "benefit exchange"

give people money to give up plastics and deliver the other materials the factories will pay for junk and plastics will decrease for low level and save costs to have more garbage materials.

If you convinced the the irregular problems must have an irregular solution.

If you don't have any one to begin this project I can travail to any place you want and begin this project if you have sponsor.

The people who value of there operations will over than 100$ per month or equal value the delivery boy will open a banking account in IDB Group and receive his money by banking transaction so the collecting points will not have very big amount of money for secure. 

The implementation will be in first degree in sectors and small districts and the so the expansion for to district to district to decrease the problems and solve it until to reach to whole towns and countries without any problems.
