THE PROBLEM: The Nigerian entrepreneurial youth will not be prepared for the fourth revolution. The World Economic Forum has outlined the top skills needed for economies to thrive in the fourth revolution.

In this list the top 3 skills are complex problem solving, critical thinking and creativity. The current Nigerian educational system and business environment doesn’t create room for the acquisition and actualisation of these core skills by aspiring and practising entrepreneurs.

The young Nigerian entrepreneur is plagued with seismic issues such as lack of capacity development, lack of access to finance, lack of mentorship, lack of adequate business promoting infrastructure and lack of government support to mention a few.

1)Provide an online platform for capacity development, mentorship, training and consistent feedback within an online community setting.

In 2017 in Madrid, Spain we signed an MOU with the world’s first online school on innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. Brands such as Mercedes Benz, 3M, Accenture, Indra, Ferrovial, BBVA to mention a few have passed thousands of their staff through this certification platform with phenomenal impact and feedback. We have integrated their website with ours and we will go live with this upon launch for our 1st batch of member trainees. We infused in this platform the ability for entrepreneurial youths to practice what they have learnt through training in an active online business environment. The eCommerce marketplace capability on this platform would help monitor progress, track business and sales performance of trained youths and also help us celebrate success stories.

2)The platforms paid membership business model will help create a fund which goes back to helping us provide access to finance services for top performing members on the platform.

How people will access our solution:

Our technology will be accessed on a paid membership basis. Users login to our website and register as users. They can then get to pay their annual membership fees and access the members area where they can access training's and set up their online stores. we will track completed sales records of members on a consistent basis to fish out top performers who can access finance for growth from our paid member growth fund. we will be working with global influencers,governments and corporate organizations to provide scholarships for paid member access to our platform for all who cannot afford it.
