Preserve, Be Safe, Be Happy
1. Despite being an agricultural country farmer's get unsatisfactory price of their produced crops especially digesting products in Bangladesh. At the same time, these products are mixed with various hazardous chemicals which cause many people fall health risks e.g. cancer.
2. Introduction of food preserving vehicles in the marketing of digestive goods which will allow farmers to get fair price and let mass people get out of having formalin-mixed foods and fruits.
3. Our solution makes a sustainable connection between growers and consumers. The company will buy goods from marginalized farmers which will ensure their fair price. Besides, the goods/ digestive products will be carried through preserving vehicles which will ensure the food safety for the common people.
The marketing sector is grabbed by a third group who creates some proxy syndicates that hamper the farmers to get fair price of their produced crops and it creates obstacle to get goods in reasonable price for the consumers.
Bangladesh has limited port-harvest storage infrastructure such as cold storage (currently capacity 2.4 million MT in 393 cold storage all over the country against the demand of 4.5 million MT).
The agro-businessmen usually preserve the digestive foods and fruits by using chemicals and formalin which cause people health hazards .
The solution includes both farmers and consumers.
Farmers usually get deprived from getting fair price in the season of the food and fruits not getting any chance to preserve them, they bound to sell them in cheap price. The company will ensure their fair price by buying goods in the reasonable price.
Consumers of digestive foods and fruits have no option than to take formalin-mixed foods and fruits. The present businessmen use various chemicals to preserve the digestive foods and fruits, stock them and sell them to consumers. Consumers are falling sick, some are even serious diseases e.g. cancer, due to having formalin foods and fruits. As the marketing of the company includes preserving vehicle, the freshness of the foods and fruits will be ensured.
Our solution is divided into two targets.
Short Term Target:
The company will carry goods through food preservable vehicles from selective marginalized areas to the larger market.

- it will ensure chemical free fresh food and fruits for consumers as the goods will be carried through food preserving vehicles.
- it will eradicate the risk of health hazards caused by chemical-mixed foods and fruits.
- it will create employment for many unemployed youth of the country
- it will introduce a new technology in agro marketing which can make the sustainable marketing established for both growers and consumers.
- it will connect growers directly, missing middle man, to consumers.
Long Term Target:
The company will build post-harvest storage in every districts as the center of the marketing which, at the same time, will connect all the farming goods and diversified consumers all over the country.

The idea is a totally new concept we are going to introduce in Bangladesh. The main reason behind the dissatisfaction of farmers about price is nothing but the shortage of cold storage and poor communication system. Poor Communication system doesn't allow the good to carry to the place where its demand is high. That's why the businessmen use various chemicals to preserve the goods. In our solution, we are covering both the problem and turning them into strengths. Our food preserving vehicle will ensure the food safety without using any deadly chemicals and fair price for the farmers.
The shortage of cold storage will be covered in the long run target of the country by setting up cold storage in every districts of Bangladesh which will turn the business in its pick level.

The pilot areas will be introduced with the initiative and get people involved in the business model.

In one year, the company will be serving more than 1 million people.
Within next five years, the company will be serving more than 20 million people in Bangladesh.
The goal of the company within one year is to expand its vehicle numbers to 10 and areas for collecting goods.
Within five years, the company will be starting setting cold storage in every districts starting from the most vulnerable.
The only obstacle we have is the lack of fund. If we are provided with fund, we can flourish the idea throughout the country and empower both farmers and growers.
To manage fund, we are submitting our idea in Tiger Challenge.
The initiative will start from the most needy areas of the country and will be expanded to less and less. We have mentioned our detailed solution in the 'Solution' part. The company will work, as it is mentioned setting a short run and a long run solution.
