Reducing Unemployment Problem through Digital Mentor
1. Unemployment problem in Bangladesh.
2. Digital mentor will virtually trained people through Digital Learning platform where unemployed can register and get in touch with mentor routinely. Mentor will assess his/her condition and provide sufficient guidance. The mentor-ship should be life long means continuous. For example: To prepare someone as a Graphic Designer or Web Designer.
3. The solution is already working in face-to-face but now i would like to apply it to a virtual world. When the unemployment will be solved then many problems will be disappear from the society like drug addiction, pick-pocketing, hijacking, stealing etc.
Digital Mentor Platform will be scale-able & could be used as a selective Uber model. Selective Uber model means Mentor will sign-up for mentorship but will be wisely selected. User can register who are unemployed. No restrictions. We will match category-wise. We will apply AI and Machine learning to make that.
The scale of the problem is big and this is a major crisis in the age of globalization. The job vacancy is very low in Bangladesh. So, We have to develop skill people and have to create outsourcing capacity.
Due to unemployment, approximately more than 3 crore people are affecting including their family.
The main contributing factor is: it is always difficult to find the right mentor in life. Any field i want to learn or develop skill it is not easy to get skilled trainer. Digital Mentor platform can be scaled globally and one mentor can guide or train thousands. And off course it is continuous. Learning is always life long and continuous. The Professional training institutes are Dhaka based and fixed length course duration. So, 70-80% who have been living in outside city, they are underprivileged.
I am supremely confident that a good mentor can significantly impact on the area of unemployment.
Currently, I have been working as a mentor in a renowned training institute. We are very succeed in face-to-face mentor-ship training. Thousands of people from outside Dhaka urge to get our quality training or mentor-ship. I was thinking quite a lot about a Digital Platform where people can just plug and play. It means people who are unemployed can easily connect and get the right mentor to be skilled in a particular area. Since, It would be a Selective Uber model, we will be able to find good mentor. Only thing is some expert panel need to verify the registered mentor.
The solution could be accessible from Web or mobile App. So, it will be highly accessible. The payment would be outcome based. We will put everything in measurable format. So, we will be able to figure out how the learning is going on.
The Product is Selective Uber based model. Digital Mentor-ship Platform provide services to the unemployed people to make them skilled. The services will continuous and outcome based. It is highly scale-able throughout the country. Right now, I am providing the same service face-to-face. Now, I am determined to make it virtual.
As i said the technology will be Digital Online Platform both Web and Mobile based. I will adopt the Uber model but it will be slightly modified. Digital Mentor can hook with the trainee video conferencing or face-to-face ( if the mentor's location is closer). But every learning methods will be measurable and outcomes based.
User of the system mainly unemployed will pay based on the outcomes. The amount will be calculated based on AI/Machine learning.

My solution is innovative for many reasons. The reasons are:
1. Nobody used Selective Uber based model before.
2. It is difficult to find mentor but here geographically it is possible to find mentor through Uber based apps.
3. Learning is continuous and need based.
4. Payment is outcome based and will be calculated by AI/Machine Learning
5. The Digital Mentor-ship Platform is scale-able.
6. Technology is affordable and accessible from everywhere.
So, I am supremely confident that my solution is unique and very feasible to solve burning issue in Bangladesh.
Since the unemployed population is spreading different location in Bangladesh and majority is living outside the city, it is necessary to provide services to all of them. In order to do that, we need Digital Platform to develop skill for all unemployed people. Many people does not have the capacity to afford high living cost in Dhaka city whereas all the professional Training centers are situated in the capital. The digital platform will be less expensive and accessible from all parts of Bangladesh. So, unemployment problem will be solved in greater extent.
In Bangladesh, most of the unemployed people are confused and frustrated. There is no one to guide them and trained them for industry or job. So, there is a big gap here.

The currently i am serving face-to-face model. Approximately 2000 people already served.Majority are skilled and employed.
Next year i have plan to serve more people through Digital Learning Platform.
I will be serving next five year at least 1,00,000 People.
It will significantly improve the situation.
My main target is to provide scale-able solutions for all. Thats why i am thinking about the Selective Uber model, otherwise trainer/mentor-ship is not scale-able. So, in this way, it will be easy to find mentors. Within Next 1 year, I will go for a pilot through Uber based model and next five years, i will cover the whole population.
Only barier is financial. To develop a selective Uber based model need costing. Feasibility is already studied and current demand is perceived.
Finance Challenge- I am expecting budget from seed funding/ applying for innovation ( for example Tiger Challenge)
Technology- Uber model is already working in the real life. So, Technology will not be that much problematic.
As i said I am planning to expand my model in Bangladesh. The market segment is from 22-60 years aged people both male and female.
Total 5 People work in my solution team.
