The problem i am committing to solving is the quality of life of the Bangladeshi people in general by providing a New payment system by mobile and smart cards backed by on site projects .

It will provide affordable transportation services ,food,water,clothes,personal hygiene product .... ,create jobs and stable income ,reduce pollution,over urbanization of cities and help boost the economic growth of the country

The Bangladeshi people are literally fighting to survive. From underpayment of the working force to the exorbitant prices of every day necessities like food,clothes and rent and to the lack of necessary services like transportation,health and education especially in rural areas.

The problem is so huge that it affect a large portion of the Bangladeshi people but mostly the lower middle-class and the poor population estimated to amount to 90 million people in total .

This is do to the incapability of the government to control the prices and also to provide necessary services to it's citizens

The system is directed toward reducing the economic vulnerability and ease the access to services and every day necessities for rural and poor populace 

 We are providing the population with everyday necessities and services at an affordable price that can only be paid by using our payment system.
The payment system issued through mobile and smart cards.

The cashless payment system in an alternative to cash and what makes my solution innovative is that it's an alternative to the alternative to cash. By using the token system my solution not only creates a new market and source of income but also insure a social and economic positive impact by the business through controlling the flow of money in the market using our closed circuit system.

The business need on set research and resources to establish but once done it will affect 4 million people in the first year. In three years we'll reach 20 million and we aim to serve 40 million ,hopefully, in 5 years.

My goal is to establish this business in Bangladesh first then scale it to other countries facing the same problems because i believe if it works in Bangladesh it can work anywhere with little tweaking following the specifications of each country.

Funding ,expertise support and the rule of IT Tiger challenge that only Bangladesh-based applicants are eligible to submit solution at the concept  stage of development because my solution is only a concept but i had to take a chance to share it.

The high auction reserve prices and associated license fees for the mobile market in Bangladesh with some of the lowest ARPU ( average revenue per user)levels in the world makes it hard for mobile service providers to make a profit and to scale preventing them from bringing economical growth and technologies spreading in the country and with our esteemed high penetration rate and operation scale we intend to change that by making a new source of income for them through partnership with us.

We will provide affordable and available transportation services making it easier to move in the country from rural to urban areas and vice versa closing the gap between the two in terms of accessibility and availability of everyday necessities.

We will provide affordable everyday necessities in our malls reducing the pressure on the citizens wallets which will make them less vulnerable economically and help better their quality of  life.

We will provide distributions routes for local products providers ,like farmers and manufacturer,and insure a stable income for them.

We will help reduce the pollution level in major cities specifically and in the rest of the country generally by collection and distribution for waste .

We will provide many jobs in our system of Integrative businesses and secure stable income for many.

To start the business we need to raise investment capital after that the business can sustain it self.

The project is a payment system by mobile phones and smart cards that exchange money for tokens called "SIGNA" for a small fee.This payment system is backed by on site projects that accepts only this tokens as payment

The on site projects are initially a mall line,transportation company and a waste collector broker but can scale to include variable new projects.

The mall line will be based in key area in the country with the best access roads .It will buy products in wholesale and sell them in retail with a bulk sale price that depends on the importance,availability and cost of the product.It also purchase products from local products provider and pay 50% in tokens and 50% in cash as a condition ,to buy from them, for a certain minimum amount .

The transportation company will have key stations near every one of our malls and our fleet of vehicles will literally drive traffic to our malls making the penetration rate even higher.The system will transport people and goods from rural areas to urban and vice versa using different vehicles .

The waste collection broker will provide income for the poor population and also access to the products mall by paying 30% in tokens as a minimum and the rest in cash.We will also sale the waste to recyclers  or exchange for their products of household necessities

Applying to the Tiger challenge can help us have the proper training and mentoring ,provide us with the right connections to make our project come to life and make a real impact on the lives of the people of Bangladesh and also ease the access to adequate funding.

We definitely need the help of the government of Bangladesh, the mobile operators, banks, local manufacturers ,legal services providers ,researchers and offices of studies and statistics and we relay on TIger IT foundation , of course, to help us make this connections and on Tiger IT to enter a partnership with us regarding the Credential Management System of our smart cards .In the end, i realize this is a very ambitious project to make from scratch but i firmly believe it to be the definite solution for Bangladesh first and then for many other countries living in poverty .
