We feel really proud that Bangladesh is now a developing country both economically and socially. Our country is developing, digitizing and prospering in so many sectors day by day. But, there is no progress in reducing extreme poverty and unemployment. Many people live in remote areas that lack services such as education, jobs etc. In our solution, we are committing to solve the unemployment and poverty problem of Bangladesh. We have a one of the most fertile and arable land on Earth with warm, well-watered climate which produce numerous types of nutritious and delicious food. Also we have our cottage industry which is rich in traditional artisan-ship of our rural people. With these such prestigious blessings, in our solution, we wish for a start-up that will utilize our blessings. It will collect and spread Bangladeshi agricultural and cottage production which will eventually create employment opportunities and reduce poverty.

Our Bangladesh is progressing day by day but we still face unemployment problem and a large number of people live under poverty line. Uneducated people not finding any job sectors, educated people not getting jobs of their interest, lack of job sectors as well as verities etc. are causing unemployment problem. In 2010 the rate of employment increased but the rate of unemployment was also increased and stood at 4.5% and remained unchanged at 4.20% in 2017 from 4.20% in 2016 Bangladesh-Unemployment-Rate.

On the other hand, there was no progress in reducing extreme poverty in urban areas: the proportion of the urban population living in extreme poverty was 7.7% in 2010 and 7.6% in 2016. Also, an estimated 35% of the population in rural areas lives below the poverty line Poverty-in-Bangladesh.

We need more job sectors, better education, proper service, verities in job sectors, proper training, better use of resources etc. to increase employment opportunities. These opportunities will reduce unemployment and contribute in decreasing poverty.

In this proposed solving, we find some little solutions on solving these unemployment and poverty problem of our country. We introduce a large circle service for helping our people and utilizing our resources.

Our ‘Spread BDagr&cot’ will collect and spread our agricultural and cottage production from home to abroad where we find the best demand and price of our products. On the way of its journey, it will create a good number of employment opportunities for the unemployed people of Bangladesh in both urban and rural area. It will also provide great service to our national farmers and cottage manufacturers.

How we ensure employment: ‘Spread BDagr&cot’ will combine technology and field area. Here farmer and cottage manufacturer, manager, businessman, cashier, analyzer, engineer, doctor, expert, technician, middle-worker, information collector, seller etc. will work together to ensure better service. Thus lots of unemployed persons get jobs and earn their livelihoods. Eventually unemployment and poverty rate will reduced.

How we ensure service: ‘Spread BDagr&cot’will from home to abroad. We collect agricultural and cottage production from our remote homes and export them to where those are most demanding with their best price. By this lots of unemployed persons will get jobs, farmers and cottage manufacturers will get good interest. We search for best buyer and go home-home and field-field to provide service and solve problem which increases production and sale and eventually contributes to national economy.

Our ‘Spread BDagr&cot’ represents a business model. This will work as an organization which will collect agricultural and cottage production from Bangladeshi rural area, find best and interested buyers, sell production and provide actual interest to the workers.  

Description

‘Spread BDagr&cot’ will be a big organization. There will be main-district office in every district and one village office in every village which will be divided into sectors. Now we describe how every sectors will function and contribute.

• Responsibilities of main-district office

1.Technology –Sector: Employees in this sectors will maintain the official website of the organizations where we provide information about our organization and products. Also employees will analyze where our products have the best demand and search for best buyers.   

2.Export –Sector: After finding the best buyers, employees of this section will perform all the jobs regarding to export our products and safely reach to buyers. They will collect products from remote area and send them to destination both home and abroad.

3.Management-Sector: This sector will work for all the managing business for our organization such as managing, billing, hiring, bug-fixing, payment-relating etc.  

4.Communication-Sector: Employees of this section will communicate with the village Communication-Sector. They will receive information about production, problem, current status etc. and send those information to other sectors where it is needed.

5.Problem Solving –Sector: There can be health issues, production problem, lack of resources or knowledge, agricultural issues etc. Employees of this section will receive these problem alert from Communication-Sector. Analyzing them they will hire trainer, doctor, engineer, agricultural expert etc.  to solve the issue.

• Responsibilities of village office

1.Field Work-Sector: Employees of this section will directly communicate with farmers and cottage gear manufacturers. They will collect information about production and problems of farmers and cottage gear manufacturers.  

2.Communication-Sector: Employees of this section will collect information from Field Work-Sector then analyze them and send them to main-district office Communication-Sector.

3.Management-Sector: This sector will work for all the managing business for our organization such as managing, billing, hiring, bug-fixing, payment-relating etc.

4.Field analyzing-Sector: Here expert people, with both agricultural and cottage production knowledge, will analyze products, filter them and find their correct market price that best fits the global market and also satisfies the farmers and cottage manufacturers.

• It works as an intermediary between world market and Bangladeshi rural farmers and cottage manufacturers.
• It utilizes the power of technology and finds the best consumer with highest demand of our products which also ensures the best price of products.
• It works for various types of problem solving and provides good service to farmers and cottage manufacturers so that farmers can produce more crops with their proper nutrition and cottage manufacturers can produce their hand-crafted innovative products without any hamper.
• It finds buyer who admires and demands our products most. Which gives us best price for our products and eventually helps in spreading our Bangladeshi tradition and production throughout the world.
• Best production, best sell and best service will contribute in the economical growth of Bangladesh and reduce unemployment and poverty problem.  

As our proposed solution is a concept only. still we do no analyse of How many people we can serve with your solution? How many  in one year? Or How about in five years?

In case of implementing our solutions we believe we might face these following  barriers :

• Lack of fund:  As we described that out solution will be a well-organized solution, to implement this concept we need a good amount of capital at the very beginning.
• Hiring people: We wish for gathering skilled people for different working sectors but at the initial years this could be a tough job.
• Trust Issue: We wish for working with farmer and cottage manufacturer, manager, businessman, cashier, analyzer, engineer, doctor, expert, technician, middle-worker, information collector, seller etc. But, to explain them how our service will become profitable and achieve their trust will not be easy for first five years.
• Market Recognition:  In our solution profit depends of a good market recognition. We will get benefited when people will come to know us and come to business. Without market recognition finding buyers will become difficult.
• Corruption: Corruption in Bangladesh has been a continuing problem. According to all major ranking institutions, Bangladesh routinely finds itself among the most corrupt countries in the world. So to find and hire corruption-free employee and run the business becomes really heard. 

In case of implementing our solutions we believe we might found these following solutions for still existing  barriers :

• Overcome-Lack of fund:  We can gather number of unemployed peoples who wants to business with small capital. With these small capitals we can start our solution remotely at the beginning.
• Overcome-Hiring people: At first we want to develop our web terminal and provide information about our organization and our services. There we can include a portal for hiring skilled people.
• Overcome-Trust Issue: With our web terminal we will provide information about our organization, our services, how we profit, how we work etc. We will also run advertisement both locally and globally. We will run camping. We will go home to home for winning trust of farmers and cottage manufacturers.
• Overcome-Market Recognition:  To achieve market recognition we will first work on a smaller version of our solution with some employees and start the production and exporting. There will be litte production with little profit at the beginning but that’s how business works. We will publish our works on social media and spread our production details. By this we will get people attention.
• Overcome-Corruption: We will establish strict rule against corruption and ensure proper monitoring to run our service corruption-free.

 We present a concept for Bangladesh's unemployment and poverty problem solution. We are students of  Computer science and Engineering(CSE). Most of our knowledge is technology based so we wish to combine our skills with others to execute our solution. We believe with out concept and the proper execution of it will ensure a best solution.

We are students and not working with any organizations.  

We can gather number of unemployed peoples who wants to business with small capital. With these small capitals we can start our solution remotely at the beginning. There will be little production with little profit at the beginning but that’s how business works. At the beginning we will invest the profit more and save little and work for expanding our business model. We will publish our works on social media and spread our production details. By this we will get people attention. We will find both global and local buyers and serve them with quality products. Thus we might be able to find some investors for our organization which will increase the capital for further service. We believe with this continuous process, small capital, little profit, production and sealing, new investors etc. we will able to ensure a good capital for our business within 5-10 years.
