Transport is an important component of the economic activity in all developing countries. A report of Bangladesh Passengers Welfare Association said at least 7,796 people were killed in land, water, and air ways across the country last year. This includes 7,221 deaths in road accidents, 394 people were killed in 370 train accidents, 126 were killed waterways.
AI Based Fleet Management is an administrative approach that allows companies to organize and coordinate vehicles with the aim to improve efficiency, reduce accidents and provide compliance with government regulations. Fleet Management System is used to monitor driver's behavior, proper vehicle use, work breaks and safety. Our aim to minimize unexpected deaths and ensure maximum safety of human lives by using technology.
As our system continuously monitors and analyzes the fleet's situation and can generate different kinds of solutions for different kinds of events. So it can minimize unexpected occurrences before it happens.

What is the problem you are solving?
In 2018, despite the nationwide road safety movement, the country had seen 4,317 road accidents that killed at least 4,580 people, including 591 women and 679 children, and injured 10,828, according to NCPSRR.
In 2017, at least 4,284 people, including 516 women and 539 children, were killed and 9,112 others injured in 3,472 road accidents across Bangladesh.
In 2016, there were 2,998 road accidents resulting in 3,412 deaths including 470 women and 453 children — and 8,572 injured individuals.
According to the statistical report we saw the number of death is increasing day by day.
In 2019 first three month approximately 1221 people are died.
According to NCPSRR General Secretary Ashis Kumar Dey major reasons for increasing death by accidents are Racing tendency among drivers and reckless driving, Employing drivers without having any license, overloading and overtaking tendency of drivers violating traffic rules, long-time driving without any interval, lack of implementation of law to stop plying of unfit vehicles, violation of traffic rules on long routes.

According to Bangladesh Jatri Kalyan Samity & ARI (BUET) , approx. 63% people use transport system in their day to day life. Road accident is a threat for vast amount of people and a large scale of our economy. Our main focus on maximizing transportation safety.
Our aim to aid all transportation organization working in fields of R&H safety and economical growth.
What is your solution?
We will Solve the problems with the AI based system which will focus on remedy the R&H accidents.
As our exploration ,the main obstacles of fleets development are high per-suite at road and reckless driving, employing drivers without having any license, overloading and overtaking tendency of drivers ,violating traffic rules, long-time driving without any interval and feeling sleepy, lack of implementation of law to stop plying of unfit vehicles, violation of traffic rules on long routes.
To solve the problems, our proposed system will work on three different phases which are described below :-
I . Input :
Video : capture face detection of drivers to verify the certified drivers and video monitoring of fleet.
Audio : Audio communication between driver and control room.
GPS data: Our system will use different kind of sensors and GPS data system to track the vehicle and provide notification about different events.
Temperature : To monitor the vehicle temperature.
Accelerator : To control and monitor the speed of vehicle.
II . Process:
As our system is AI based , it will produce different events for different kind of input sets and situations .We will use mobile internet or WI-fi to procure data. Some major events in processing are
1. driver is sleeping or feeling sleepy
2. driver is drinking alcohol
3. probable collision detected.
4. vehicle is over speeding
5. dangerous road in front.
6. train is coming and collision detected.
III. Outputs :
Our system will have a control room to monitor everything. Monitoring system will be displayed on a dash board with all relevant data . According to different kind of events it will generates
1. Alarms to relevant personnel and drivers
2. Notify emergency vehicle if a collision occurred .
3. Notify a rail-side people or vehicle if our system processes a possible detection
4. Slow down the vehicles if a unexpected situation arise
5. There will be a wearable safety device for handicapped people. this could be a watch or mobile phone which will alert him with event
