According to WSJ 30% of the people worldwide are not comfortable with their jobs. Organizations are wasting time, money and efforts to recruit a person. As Einstein said everybody is a genius but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb the tree it will live it's whole life thinking its stupid. For that CLERK will put the right person in the right position and discover applicant's skills and personality type to find if he fits the position.
Firstly since youth hugest problem is finding the right job especially after graduating from college or during their university life and they don't know what are the skills they have or they should have they don't know that they should focus on their strengths rather than focusing on weaknesses. They don't know if their personality type matches a specific job. CLERK would be the solution!.
We will end up with a better workplace for everyone.
