No-Resume
Problems
Every year thousands of CSE/IT graduates are coming out from different universities of Bangladesh. After graduation they start looking for jobs and submit CV/Resume. But it's really tough for tech-companies to sort skilled candidates from thousands of CV's.
Solution
This application comes with the Idea of merging online-judge (Codeforces, UVA etc) profiles along with GitHub profile of CSE/IT graduates and building real-time resume reports along with statistical representation.

- It makes easier for companies to find out the candidates who are suitable for the position they are looking for.
- Helps understanding how a job applicant has been working or, how much efforts he/she has given in programming.
- Helpful for CSE/IT/Software Engineering graduates not only to build their real-time resume but also being able to compare with other programmers/developers and identifying how they can improve the programming/software-development skills
Scale of problems
After reading some articles written by HR/Recruiters of different tech-companies of Bangladesh, I've come to know that it's not easy for them to sort suitable candidates they are looking for especially in a country like Bangladesh where thousands of students are graduating every years from CSE/IT.

Working approach
It's really important to understand the specific problem people are suffering from. From my experience of communication of several undergrad students who are applying for jobs in different companies, I've come to know that they easily don't get response for call for interview. From my observation several possibilities can happen like:
- Traditional descriptive CV/Resume's are lacking to represent the actual skills of a CSE/Software Engineering graduate
- There may be some difficulties while sorting suitable candidates from thousands of applications
- Undergrad student may not be able to represent their profile of GitHub/GitLab/Online judge correctly
- There maybe some lacking of representation of academic projects they've done which can a key to approve them as a solid candidate
Addressing
Usage of No-Resume is so simple. These are the following steps about how Software Engineers can build their real time resume:
- Authenticated Area
- Software Engineers need to create an account which is so easy.
- Sensitive information will be stored with prior Cryptography.
- Secured Sessions are created after a successful registration and redirected to private layout
- A 20 Character Random string is being generated as the User ID
