Code Camp World #infinitepossibilities
- Pre-Seed
We've created, and continue to create Code Camp World, the platform to inspire and teach students to become digital creators, innovators and change makers. Teach students to become designers, thinkers, and solvers! Instant gratification - giving kids the speed to market never seen before.
We started as two individuals only 3 years ago, and today are a team of 25 permanent, 1,000 casuals changing the world.
At Code Camp, we're inspiring a generation of kids who will change the world. Have fun, be creative and learn the skills of the future at Australia’s most exciting holiday camp!
From the youth who have, to the youth who don't, we believe every child should have the same resources and be engaged to learn the skills of tomorrow.
Our aim is to (a) make Code Camp more affordable for those who cannot currently afford to attend, and (b) continue kids on their journey via our proprietary platform, Code Camp World, from learning about coding, product building, entrepreneurship, user experience and brainstorming ideas, and then (c) grow to more regions and inspire more kids to think about becoming problem solvers and solution creators.
We aim to turn everyday kids into extraordinary kids. Every kid has the potential to change the world, we simply need to unlock the potential, and inspire their role models to go on and encourage the journey.
Everything we build and teach is about being outcomes focused, small feedback loops (instant gratification) and challenged based learning.
With the help of Solve and Atlassian, we'd like to expand and grow to the next level, 1,000,000 Australian kids, plus parents and teachers.
After this, or concurrently, go on to make a larger impact in Asia and North America, while having a global scalable model easily accessible by all.
Our school teachers are led with an incredibly difficult and changing job. Our teachers are also mandated to tick boxes.
Our parents are constantly being told their kids are spending too much time on screens with technology.
We've taught more than 22,000 students to code, *in person*, more than any other in Australia - good screen time.
Let's teach teachers, and also inspire mums and dads to push our next generation of boys and girls have the skills, passion and belief that they can change the world. Focus on the outcomes of creation, and be the role models to encourage the journey.
Change and inspiration comes from the home. We've seen the difference a passionate teacher or parent can make. It's one person.
We need to give teachers and parents the resources to be that person. Not syllabus focused, but outcomes driven.
If they cannot be, we need to provide via videos, digital assets and in-person classes. One person makes a difference, and one person can inspire an individual kid.
We'd love the Atlassian Foundation to assist us in reaching more mums, dads, teachers, sons and daughters, and assist in changing the world. Starting in Australia, and then scaling overseas.
Inspire and teach 1,000,000 school students in Australia, and their mums and dads too! Coders, designers, UX, product builders and challenge based learning.
Primary and high school.
We'll inspire and educate a generation of kids, teachers and their parents to make a difference.
From here, we can reach 10,000,000 in ten years. We have the likes of Westpac and HP already backing us to make a global impact. Solve and Atlassian, join us.

We've already taught more than 22,000 kids, in person for 3-4 engaging days in their school holidays.
We've learned what works, what keeps kids engaged, what drives a sense of ownership, confidence and success, and what drives kids to come back for more.
We're the largest coding camps business in Australia, supported by Westpac and HP, and looking to make a huge difference!
Everything we do is around ownership, confidence, awareness of problems and then finding solutions. We break big issues and lessons into bite size problems to solve. We teach kids you can be wrong, just take a step back, have a think, and try again.
Purpose driven. A 10 year old who built an a website to stop her dad smoking - and it worked! The world needs storytellers who want to make a difference.
We exist so kids can create anything they imagine!
Code Camp World - freemium version, with a paid version / subscription too. Currently a tool for our in person operations. We'd like to make Code Camp World widely accessible. Unlike any other platform on the market; we've tested everything that's out there. We've built this with 4,000 testers (aged 8-11) every school holidays. We've cracked the code to engagement.
Apps created are then immediately downloadable on both iOS and Android
