You have to search room, seat, flat, seat in hotel its very hassle-full. In other hand if you have a job test to a new place you need to stay in hotel but it much costly for a student. If they get opportunity to stay any bachelor flat for a night it can be much cost effective. We Roomin.xyz providing this solution to Bangladesh. It can more easy to people find their desire roommate, flat, or hotel, Hostel. They can search their need in anytime, from anyplace. People can save their time and money.

In Bangladesh, every year HSC passed over 9 lakh student, 50% of them shift their place for better education to one another, they search for their living place. In statistic report 1991-2001 to 2001-2011 District Population Changes rate Urban +22%, Rural +14%. So, as a small country with a largest population we have shortage o living place. Every year crore of unemployed people visit other city for job exam, many of them stay station, bus stoppage, relative house, or friend home but its not possible in all time, however in busy schedule its tough to find hotel in popular tourist place so if we start share accommodation with the local people spare room its much cost effective also friendly living opportunity for guest and also an extra earning opportunity for the local people.

People needs room, seat, flat and other hand people need roommate, sharing partner, tenant. So we are the matchmaker of both end. If you ensure people needs properly than it can help them.  

We served our customer with website and apps. The landlord share their property in our website and the tenant search where, which property he/she needs to live. For tourist he/she can rent a room, flat, or banglow with his budget. 

Though their is many more related company in Bangladesh but no one is much more effective with their idea, technical and marketing. We are create share economy with share accommodation that will be much helpful to our user. Our website and apps can help people to find their home more like place and cost effective. We give our attention to User interface with user experience. Any knowledge people can handle this easily.

In our idea people can make some time for their family & friends. Initially, people can find home from their apps in any situation and anytime. We connect landlord and the tenant. In our survey 90% student face problem to find their desire home cause in bangladesh landlord dont like bachelors. In other hand in bachelor flat they face problem to find a roommate. In other hand a small family try to share their flat to an other small family for cost margin. In the both end it tough to find one another.

Currently we are in our pilot project. We have 100+ register user in our Website. We hope we can server over 50000 people in next year after that we planned to server 1 million people to serve. I think its much archive-able goal for us.

I dream a hassle free life for a student, family member. Cause finding a new home, shifting is so much hassle-full. If people can find better place for their livelihood its give a pleasure to them and their family. I want to give the platform to my user which can help them. People can save their time for family, for their education and for the tourist to live a familiar environment. If we serve properly to my user then in 5 years roomin.xyz become the no. 1 website in Bangladesh.

As we are the first in this culture their are no act for this kind of apps and website. So we should help government to established that. Finally we try to make much awareness among the people to used to in share eco system.
