Life Line - Emergency connectivity service provider
In Bangladesh, every year millions of people are suffered by natural disaster like floods. All communication infrastructure are broken that time. So people who trapped into these area can't connect to rescue team/organization. And it become difficult for rescue team to reach them as they required.
Our solution to this problems in three stages, First is to create a GSM network which will connect them(victims) temporarily and secondly create an AI system which will generate an automated call to victims through our own GSM network(which was built temporarily) and thirdly predict most affected areas. So rescue team can provide medical services and food supply specifically to those people who needs the most. And identifying victims and their specific emergency need will be easier.
An automated post disaster management system can save thousands of lives by filling communication gap during disaster situation.
Asia Pacific Disaster Report 2015 (UN-ESCAP) has shown Bangladesh one of the most vulnerable among 15 countries.

We setup a survey to to understand their needs and identify main areas that affected in disaster. and observe post disaster existing system.
The solution will provide them specific needs. It will help us to understand their situations better like how many people are trapped into water, how many are affected from water caused disease, what kind of emergency service they require and their position.
We are providing a temporary network service which will connect victims to themselves and to us. So they can contact us if they require any emergency help. And we will eventually call each of the affected persons via an automated AI powered calling system which will store the data from the call and give the authority or rescue team appropriate and specific details statistics about the situation through data mining.

We will setup a temporary base station in the affected area. The base station will be connected to some base transceiver station(BTS) establishing a mesh GSM network. Each BTS will have a GSM transceiver which will able send and receive signals through the network.
After the network being established. A phone call to each victims will be generated and this computer operated call will ask the victims some specific questions. The conversations will be recorded for analysis. After data mining we will get the information about the most affected area and their needs. And we will able identify their locations to reach them to help.

Our idea is a unique and efficient way to collect the exact data about disaster affected people. It will reveal a new dimension of gathering information for emergency helping. The techniques which are used by us is not anything new but the way we are applying this in this project is new.
Our solution will address the problem because at the time of disaster or after disaster it was actually impossible to track victim’s exact location and their exact emergency needs as well. By using our solution it is obvious that emergency needs can be determined and most important thing location of victims are tracked very easily.

Within Next Year: want to implement the GSM network. Create admin side Artificial Intelegence system and database .

Day to day we are planing to make everything automated. But this area needs improve most as it's life-death problem. Our team only achieved this solution and still improving day by day at fastest speed.

Strength- This system is fully automated so human made error is less.
Weakness-In the wrong hand this technology can ill-used.
Opportunity- In near future, same technology can be improved for not only natural disaster but to all disasters.
Threats- The system is new so it will take some time to adapt to this change
