Problem-1 : Women participation in the job sector has increases from 4 to 36.7 percent from 1974 to 2018 which brought a radical development in decision making in the family. Public and private sectors both came forward with the idea that women can be a better choice than man in various sectors. But due to reproductive ability women has to face certain obstacles in continuing the job career, in long term.
Problem-2: E-commerce has allowed women the scope, to make money beside carrying out their role as homemakers. Government has initiated various training program to promote new entrepreneurs in establishing e-commerce business. Currently in market thousand of service available for e-commerce business but for lack of an integrated solution, 80% new entrepreneurs can't focus on business development and all of their struggle go in vain.
The numbers of e-commerce websites and F-commerce pages are 3,500 and 250,000 respectively. B2C is the most popular form of e-commerce and it observed that growth rate is over 300% for the last three year.
In the year of 2016, total transaction was USD 30 million (3.59 billion taka) from e-commerce site and the market size is expected to reach USD 70 billion by 2021.
This business concept generates from the problem gap of two point of view. 4th Member : Maqsuda Binte Mahabub was senior developer in CNSL and currently working as trainer on java in various training service providers.
