Social Work and Social Welfare practice in our community.

Social Works and Welfare mission is to introduce profession social work and Welfare practice in Bangladesh as well as international aspect. With the help of international and local community. As we have a large number of students of Social Work they are work less. Other side our community day by day is going in complex situation .Where humanity is overlooked, political and blindness and religious outlook has given priority. People are suffering they are in frustration .So we can practice effective Social Work/Welfare in our community in the following fields:

1. Poverty reduction (Jakat and other local fund may use).

2. Drug abuse

3. Justice in society.

4. Self employment by using technology.

5. Save the Environment

6. Human Rights.

7. Helping government and community by Monitoring, evaluation, and motivation.

8.Positive use of modern technology in our family as well in our society.Where unemployment problem may reduce and will appear a strong enough young generation to face the future challenges.

People are suffering they are in frustration .So we can practice effective Social Work/Welfare in our community in the following fields:

About 90%  people are affected with various problems.So the practice is very important for all people.

1. Poverty reduction (Jakat and other fund may use).

2. Drug abuse

3. Justice in society

4. Self employment by using technology.

5. Save the Environment

6. Human Rights.

7. Helping government and community by Monitoring, evaluation, and motivation.

8.Positive use of modern technology in our family as well in our society.Where unemployment problem may reduce and will appear a strong enough young generation to face the future challenges.

Al though some NGO are working but Students of Social Work and Welfare is ignored in this sector. So we should try by our own efforts as we could. 

In our Bangladesh if we introduce Social Work and Social Welfare practice in our community, then our students , young generation and real social worker(not for election purpose social worker) will be working with them to understand their needs and participate in the solution.We will find our real problems and solutions with their cordial co operation by making "Rapport/Rappo" with them.

Our research will find the fact of our people and it will address their needs. 

My solution is to introduce totally new format of Social work practice in our community.According to our people's real needs we will introduce the following projects:

1. Establishing Social work agency in 64 District. then establish.

64.4=256 sub center/agency in every UP.

2. Farmers market with e-service where they can sell their agri product with perfect prize and buy their necessary agri: elements from it.

3. Motivational center for Reducing corruption and drug addiction.

4. Perfect ICT training center for Out sourcing training to reduce unemployment problem. It will be adjacent to Social work agency with their proper supervision.

5. B.S.S /B.S.W AND M.S.S/M.S.W Degree's credit may transfer in foreign country where Social Worker is needed and our students who have passed B.S.S /B.S.W AND M.S.S/M.S.W Degree from our UNIVERSITY they can get job there.If it is possible then a great deal of students of social work/Welfare will be employed thus unemployment problems may be solved day by day.

6. ***For this purpose we have to start an new era of Social Work/Welfare in the history of Bangladesh.We have to build or established professional Social Work/Welfare institute in 64 District, they will follow US/UK/CANADIAN Universities syllabus and curriculum where we can transfer our credit so that our students can get job easily.***

7. For our great national interest we must avoid bad politics in this sector carefully.The institute will be liable to Prime Minister of Bangladesh AND THE PRESIDENT OF Bangladesh.

8. International ORG like "NASW" OR OTHER ORG: WILL HELP US IN EVERY ASPECT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF OUR SOCIAL WORK/WELFARE EDUCATION.

9.WORLD BANK,ADB,IDB,USAID,JAICA,DFID,DANIDA MUST BE WITH US BD GOVT: WILL HELPS US WHERE HELP IS NECESSARY.

5. Monitoring and helping  Bangladesh Govt just like a shadow helper in every developmental project..

IT IS FOCUSED ON EVERY SIDES OF OUR SOCIAL PROBLEM OF OUR COUNTRY.

I think traditional social work/welfare education must be changed to face the new challenges of the country as well as our world. We have to start with new formula, new syllabus and curriculum and new vision. It will be integrated with new and modern technology and new vision.

It will effect to solve our problems.People are expecting this kind of changes where they can participate ,express their needs and aspirations.No political or religious bindings only patriot will be given priority.

1.About 5000-20000  general people are engaged with our vision.Young and unemployed person also with us.

2.About 200000  people I’ll be serving in one year.

3.About 10000000  people I’ll be serving in five years.

To solve the rising problem of our community.Specially students  problems and unemployment problems,Farmers problems, drag addictions,Safe food for all people,Foreign labor's problems,Proper use of modern technology and reduce the bad impact of Internet and social media abuse.Safe environment for all .If we able to introduce my project people will accept rapidly.Because researcher all ready find out the fact and people's interest. Thus we must be able to build a strong work force/nation who can face the new challenges in near future.

Political unrest,corruption, injustice in community,religious blindness ,bad politics in education sector etc. A large number of people  do not know the right way of life.Where they can reach easily.Only our mission can show the right way for them.

Money and other Govt support is very important for us.Without these it will never reach in its goal.Success is depending on this two elements.

Next five years we have to face a critical situation in social,political,religious,cultural and educational sector.

We have to determined to face these challenges and to reach our destination by any way.

Govt: support and help may overcome these barriers.Also financial org: like World Bank,UN,ADB,IDB,JAICA,USAID,DANIDA'S Support may overcome these barriers.

Also the knowledge and practice of Social Work will overcome these barriers.

The relationship between my solution and the organization is body and soul .
