make environment and exclaimed by street talents

I'm trying to solve how innovators and entrepreneurs can change Bangladesh. My propose is that firstly government have to make environment. Then we should invest on our population to explore their talents and thoughts.

Well we have our population and it's our power if we can make the environment to express their talents and can research on their creative thoughts. If we invest to theach the street children codding and the other talented youths on their interested field the economy and the social progress will grow up it's own within 5 years.

Technology can do it easily, If we can innovate a artificial intelligent device which can give direction on children's hidden talent. we can easily use the talents to write some hihistory. for this firstly some entrepreneurs and government should invest to teach It,and codding among all.A website can be maked where people can submit their creative works internally 

Well there are many problem. Firstly our bad environment against the research. so people can't work on their ideas and can't get help.corruption happens badly. and the hole system is against the path.because real talented people are drowning the far from the opportunity.

Mostly the hole young generation are affected. They can't find the nature to make something new. Many talents are sleeping on the street suffer from basic needs but if the have the opportunity to work on their talent then I can say many noble prize Achivers are on the pavement.

Firslty government have to stop corruption. Morality and honestly must be enlightened into people's hearts. Then we have slove this problem. In here we have to make an environment so that anyone can research on their existing thoughtss and get help from the authority. we have to make people aware about technology. codding and mathematics have to added as Main subject. Entrepreneurs have to wrok for street talents and they can start up business by using these innovators. We can make a website where creative people can express their exiting ideas internally so that the can get help.  we have to work on street child to make.

well sometimes I also spend time on the pavement. I talk to the street child and became wounder o my god they are awesome. some have existing ideas,some have other talents like singing, Art,even codding. the youth are mostly unaware about technology. I find this by spending time in all sector.

If my solution apply to make it happen,firstly the unaware and neglected and ignored population can compete with the modern world. They can expose their talents. If the population are skilled then who will stop the progress of a country. 

I'm trying to aware about technology and how to use it. my dream is to make a school for the ignored majority to teach them and help to research them on their talents. My wish is to freely teach codding and it related things through online. but the maajority don't have technology and knowledge to use it. I will work for it.

still I didn't start but if the environment is created I will use multi technology. such as,mobile,computer, and others basic things. in future I want to work on artificial intelligence which can understand the emotion of any animal or human and can tell the treatment who can't talk.or even it can give the treatment. It will be also understand the human or other animal's nerve system.  Which will be a physiclosist.

because my solution is for thee population and humanity. everyone can have the chance to prove their talents and can work on their creative thoughts

Expenses and Technology are the main things

then government help and the people' honhonesty must be needed. I need more people likes me with me.

After my establishment I will overcome the financial barriers. then I will start working one after another on my dream.
