Poetryx(blank)

Poetryx(blank) is an aberrant concept of combining the love of reading and writing poetry with very real problems of violence against women affecting the lives of women from all walks of life. Bangladesh, of late, has been rife with violent crimes, sexual assaults, and the age old domestic violence. Poetryx(blank) chooses to attack that with a double-edged sword of letting women share their poetic writings and raise money for the cause, by mass producing and selling these writings in the form of books, or just content for a monthly Poetryx(blank) Magazine, and acting as an outlet to anonymously share their experiences with violence. Said money will ensure the women in need getting help from certified psychiatrists and psychologists, any legal aid to take action against the wrongdoer and even just as a ear to listen or a shoulder to lay their head on when they really need it. 

Poetryx(blank) will be putting a large emphasis on the violence that women have to face, just for being women. It could be anything from domestic violence, rape or sexual assault. I, personally, am particularly passionate about this issue and want to work towards eradicating this patriarchal mindset among people and making life for women better. Living with having been a victim of any of these is nothing short of living hell, and about 1 in 3 women have to live in what we just called living hell. 

So many women, about 72.7% as stated by the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics, do not report violence by their partners, and I want to change that. I want to let these women know about their worth and give them an outlet to anonymously share their emotions and get help, advice and any action required to improve their situation. 

As Poetryx(blank) is about women who support more women, it will serve as a great place of employment for women who have depended on their partners for money to live but now have broken free from their grips and live independently. 

I am serving all women who have been affected by violence, both at home and outside. I want them to know that it is not their fault for being a victim and that they have help. They can stand up for themselves and share their stories of violence whilst simultaneously giving all other affected women a hand by helping us in our quest to hunt down the wrongdoers and make our society a better place to live for women. 

At Poetryx(blank) they can get all their mental and legal issues sorted for their personal issues with violence, and be an activist helping other women up the rabbit hole that they might have fallen into by sharing their stories at events hosted by Poetryx(blank) or by writing out their story as a feature for the monthly magazine, or any other way they can imagine. 

Even though the majority of the content in books and magazines will be poetry, but the goal in our hearts will always be supporting women, through their writing, and their stories and all the fire deep in their hearts.

Poetryx(blank) works on the simple belief of taking creativity and passion and turning it into something completely different that helps people in return.

The poetry bit is to allow all young women (teenagers and young adults) who want to give back to society, a way to give back. Poetry is a very powerful expression of human experience. Both writing and reading poetry, through their expression of feelings and words have highly therapeutic effects on the mind. Poetryx(blank) will give these creative souls a fighting chance to have their creativity seen by the masses and help give back to society. 
Their poetry will be mass printed in the form of books and content for a monthly magazine, and the authors will have a say in how what goes in. This also allows people who have gifted hands for art a chance to illustrate these beautiful poems and work hand-in-hand with these aspiring poets. These books and magazines will raise money, and all proceeds will go towards helping women who are affected by violence.
This said money will go towards hiring full time psychiatrists and psychologists, giving women all the help they need to fight this darkness in their lives and shut the wrongdoers down. They will get legal help and one or more dedicated women to be with them every step of the way to freedom.
These said dedicated women will work for Poetryx(blank) and adding on to the list of women working in this position will be any victims who have come out of the dark and have found their way to freedom with the help of Poetryx(blank). The victims could also become activists for Poetryx(blank) and give speeches and share their stories at Poetryx(blank) events and give any advice to women going through these struggles at the moment.
I am on a mission to create both empowerment and employment among women with women of all ages and beliefs to make a society a place that is safe for them to live in.
To end, Poetryx(blank) supports a great cause and strives to help all 1 in 3 women who face these problems. This will take poetry and other creative content from the kind and creative minds in society and stories from the affected and help women rise from their ashes and strengthen them to solve violence against them and all their sisters across the nation, and someday, across the world.

Using poetry in a way that it is not always used in.

Because poetry is loved by all and is timeless and unfortunately the latter also applicable for violence against women.

This is only a concept and has not been put to work yet.

To gather many young authors and help as many women as humanly possible.

Because I care about women and want equality for all. Women being used in ways that they don't approve of is unfair and outright inhumane. Poetryx(blank) wants to solve that.

Not working with anyone as of now, but do look forward to it in the near future.

The poetry part of Poetryx(blank) is to make money which will fund this whole program. But of course, beginnings are rocky and donations would be greatly appreciated for a head start.

To get the concept out there into the world and probably get some donations to help out.
