Smart manpower solution

Our project design with the aim of solving many problems, which we will help to eliminate or reduce problems, this project mainly focus on these problems-

1. Poverty

2. Socio-economic

4. unemployment

we know Bangladesh is a population country.Population problem is the main problem of Bangladesh. Most of the population live under poverty. According to Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics report -the poverty rate of 21.8 percent and extreme poverty 11.3 percent in 2018.

vision 2041 seeks to eliminate extreme poverty and reach seeks.We know that population and poverty are the main obstacles to our development.To implement Vision 2021 and 2041, we must first eliminate poverty. the main tool in eliminating this beard is the skilled manpower. If we do not increase the skilled manpower at the rate at which our population is increasing, then our Vision 2021 and 2041 will be difficult to implement. So we want to turn the population into a skilled manpower to make it a public resource.

Every year a large portion of our manpower is deprived of higher education . According to the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BCCI) report in last year 37.81 percent of the population is deprived of higher education , most of whom are unemployed. But they do not know which way they can earn more. So they are exposed to various problems in the field of migration. If we get them proper training they will good job at home and abroad. When they want to work in abroad they were face many problem-

1. They do not want to get education and training because there is not enough institutions in the area for their near home. As a result, they have to work abroad as labor, so they have to work for low money .

 2. When they go abroad for a job, the can be a broker or a middleman  this is a waste of money and they are victims many times by human trafficking.

1. Many have the skills and desire again and again, but they cannot go without money.

৪. After working many years abroad and they are not economically secure. Which will come in handy at their age.

manpower team support online and offline education training and job placement and unemployed youth who have an entrepreneurial interest. This project will not succeed if without the approach. manpower team work with an approach by launching community programs so we can know and can meet their needs. In addition, so will also provide access to educational programs and guidance for poverty reduce.

The manpower is an essential element for the socio-economic development of a country.according to Bangladesh economic review 2019, Currently 58.7 percent of our total population is active. But most of population are unemployed. They do not know what to do.

If we can build this manpower efficiently, it will make a big contribution to our country's economy. It will eliminate the poverty of the country and free us from the curse of unemployment. 

So, those problem solution are-

1. Since the people in rural area they do not want to take training anywhere far away. so,we want to build a online based platform, through which they can take 3 or 6 months of training in such a short time. Which can look but theoretically and practical. To solve this, we know that every district has a Bmet (ttc )training branch, where, with the permission of the government, there is a practice of arranging offline classes one day a week. Then their A certificate will be made in Providence.

2. We want to set up an online manpower platform between the government-appointed agency and the one-half of those who want to go abroad, as opposed to brokers. Where you can do all the necessary work including passport verification for going abroad.

3. We want to set up a manpower employment bank to manage those skilled people without having to pay any money to go abroad. Where expatriates will send money.

Those who want to go abroad from that bank will be assisted.

After getting the job, he can repay the money in installments.

4. Their insurance will be arranged for money security at the tender age.
