QLC.io helps millennials try new career experiences anywhere in the world. We do this by connecting students and professionals to remote internships with startups, social enterprises, and industry leaders like Tesla, Uber and LinkedIn.
It doesn't matter if you go to a good university; it doesn't matter if you studied a good degree; it doesn't even matter if you had good grades. Employers don't care.
What matters is experience. You don't gain it in the classroom, and you don't get it at university.
QLC.io provides scalable access to digital work experience anywhere in the world. We connect you to remote internships with VC-backed startups, introduce you to an ecosystem of mentors, and provide digital skills training through online and video materials.
70% of the global workforce with be contingent workers in the next 10 years, but we don't learn such skills at school or in the workplace. Jobs are also becoming increasingly digital, and companies are struggling to find the right talent in their market.
For the millennial, it's a way for them to taste-test a new career with the risk. Through our remote internships, they can sample a new industry, meet people outside of their network, and build new digital skills.
For the company, it's a chance for them to test our their hiring need and get work done remotely.
We focus on three core themes; cross-border experiences, digital skills development, and scalable mentorship.
QLC.io allows millennials to work with companies anywhere in the world. We do this by partnering with accelerators, incubators and NGO funds that have a global presence.
Our learning platform teaches digital skills, like digital marketing, business development and data analytics. We also provide a framework for teams to learn how to work remotely and online.
We crowdsource mentors from our companies, and build an ecosystem of people interested in providing insight into their industry, and a new pipeline of fresh talent.

We’ve created a new market combining online training and practicalupskilling. We use technology and the trend of remote working practices to scale quality work experience anywhere in the world.
We also tap into the macro trend of people interested in Asia. Our partnerships with accelerators and incubators like 500 Startups and SOSV, give us access to over 3,000 innovative startups around the world.
We are also defensible as we're able to implement our remote internships into university curriculum, allowing us to constantly collaborate with educators on helping their students access quality work experience at scale.
We help millennials discover opportunities with companies around the world, connect with people outside of their network, and develop digital skills through online and video training.
Our product is also scalable across markets. For example. we've just signed a contract with the Pakistan Government. They have a population of over 200 million people, of which 60% will be remote freelancers.
They're interested in the Chinese market, and we're running a pilot program connecting 1,500 students to our remote internship program.
Our main customers are universities and government education departments paying for students to join our platform.
They pay per registration fee for the millennial joining the remote internship, which allows them to gain access to our tools, training and remote internship opportunities.
We're currently working with over 30 university partners, and government bodies like Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand and Pakistan. We're also invested by 500 Startups and SOSV, the two most active early stage investors in the world, helping us pipeline amazing opportunities with companies globally.

We run a B2B2C business model. Our main customers are universities and government education departments sponsoring registration fees for students.
They are currently paying us ~U$40,000 per year. We are entering product/market fit and cashflow positive - and we're also able to customise our solution to different markets.
We plan to scale our solution to the B2C market, through owning our own marketing campaigns and charging individuals going through the internships.
Educating the market on remote working principles.
70% of the workforce will be contingent workers, and we're currently going through university and government marketing channels to acquire students, and accelerators and incubators to acquire startups.
As our market matures, it will be going up the chain to larger corporates who see value in hiring people from around the world. We're already working with industry leaders like Tesla, Uber and LinkedIn who are pilotting our product to hire digital talent.
