EQUAL2 (A DIGITAL PHILANTHROPY PLATFORM)

In Enlighten Sole, We believe in improving the lives of underprivileged people around us. 

We are doing it by bringing help to those people who are affected by the acute poverty with the donation from prosperous community in our country.

We are taking advantage of technology which is a mobile application and web platform named Equal2. Any registered user of Equal2 can use their mobile phones and computers to send us the details of the people in need.

We are determined to make the system seamless for the donors too. Equal2 is designed in a way the donors are only few clicks away from changing someone's life. 

Donors have the options to donate used or new products and in cash.The user data and transactions are protected by Blockchain technology.

By implementing our solution we hope to contribute to Bangladesh Govt's SDG1(No poverty),SDG8(Decent work and Economic growth) and SDG10 (Reduced Inequality).

While the income growth, human development and vulnerability reduction efforts to date have been extraordinary, Bangladesh faces daunting challenges with about 22 million people still living below the poverty line. The reasons we are struggling as a nation to overcome poverty are actually many. Followings are some of the examples:

The statistics suggests that not utilizing the potential of vast majority of youth is the reflection of poor education system. Looking at our capability and credibility primarily we are focusing on helping underprivileged youth group to get relevant skills and prepare them for the competitive job market.

Our solution also finds a way to donate used and new products such as (Clothes, Apparels, Books etc.) among the people in need. 

Among many other methodologies of collecting data of people in need of urgent help, Equal2 is providing an opportunity for everyone to come to our platform and notify us by sending details about the situation with the help of in-app features. The collected data will be thoroughly verified and filtered.

Equal2 is a mobile application and web platform that allows anyone to register as a user and help us collect information about the people who are in the criteria of ‘underprivileged/needy people’.

We make the donation experience seamless for the users or donors with the help of the technology we are using. We are also taking advantage of Block Chain Technology to secure the user data and transactions.

When any user sends details of an affected individual who need help we filter and verify the information in many ways. The particular case will be pushed to the database once the verification is done and will be shown in our application. Donors can browse through the list of such cases with details.

One of our key features is any user can give away their used product through the help of an in-app feature. The whole process will be handled with the help of dedicated volunteers.

Donors who would like to give away new products they can purchase those from our in app e-shop feature. Our e-shop is filled with cheap and quality products.

Donors are entitled to donate in cash too so that we can help those group whose problems require cash support.We are using trustworthy payment gateway to make the payment hassle free and secured.  

Firstly, Equal2 is a very dynamic donation based app/ website which will change the concept of donation.

Equal2 is the first ever app/website in Bangladesh where anyone can donate their used products for underprivileged people.

Also, Equal2 has an in- app e-shop feature from where anyone can buy any kind of new products to donate.

The money donation system will be more efficient and transparent. This app will allow the donor to choose their interested area to donate.

Finally, our app/website will make easy to find the needy underprivileged people around us and to make solution immediately.

In the first place, economically and socially privileged people will understand the problems of the poor and so called ignorant people of our society. Thus, possible drastic foot pace can be taken effectively.

Moreover, the unprivileged family of physically challenged, freedom fighters and disaster-affected people will get help through us, what will create a better morality among random common people. 

Through EQUAL2, users can upload photos of suffered and affected people directly, which will create mass responsibilities among people. As we are raising an unofficial brotherhood among people by helping and enlightening people, an expressive interaction will be created between privileged and unprivileged community, which will reduce the discrimination and will create the field of solutions for most common problems.

In addition, our offline program is enlightening and encouraging the poor youth in productive ways, which will help to reduce the unemployment problem in a slow pace.

Through our Equal2 app we are not only creating consciousness among people about the socially/economically oppressed community, but also creating an effective field where everyone will possess a mentality to stand for everyone. 

Currently we are still in development phase. Once we launch our product soon enough we will be able to impact a lot of people's lives.We are hoping we will be serving around Ten Thousands people directly in next one year and in five years we hope to reach the milestone of million people.

We will be reaching out to thousands of people who are in need and will go through their background. We will make sure we find the best way to solve their problem permanently. In some cases we might rehabilitate a family or an individual. In other cases we will help poor families to send their children to go to school and learn relevant skill to secure jobs in future. This way we will be able to leave an impact on many people on a proportionate rate. In five years we plan to monitor and groom at least a hundred thousand youth so that they can be prepared to survive in competitive job market with relevant skills and continue to contribute to the society.

We are very optimistic at this point and we think there is no serious barrier we have to deal with at the current moment if we go along with our current plan.

In our team currently 12 peoples are working.

Our team is consisted with 12 members who are highly qualified and extremely skilled at their own areas. The team members are knowledgeable, quick to learn and can handle multi responsibilities. We have an Engineer, a marketing specialist, a designer, two mobile and web application developers and a HR expert which makes our team extremely competent. 

Our team members are quick to address a problem and solve it within the time frame. We understand our responsibilities towards the project.

Our team members are well coordinated and maintain excellent communication because we know, communication is the KEY.

All the team members follow strict discipline. We have adapted techniques like setting up individual goals, provide incentives, offering a portion of profits to keep everyone disciplined.
