7.1 million people with diabetes in Bangladesh and almost an equal  number with undetected diabetes. we established detective doctor diabetes hospital, where we detect diabetes, treat diabetes, detect secondary complications, and refer the diabetes patients in proper place for proper treatment.

Calculate the BMI(Body Mass Index) of the patient and according to BMI set their diet chart. Established ideal pharmacy where drug not sell without the prescription of registered doctor for reducing antibiotic resistance. Patients have a computerized patient book with details information.

We established diet corner where we supply food according to the BMI. We council the patient about diabetes control and provide them diabetes chart so that they can maintain the record.

By ensuring appropriate diet, drug and dose we control diabetes.

We provide health care to the marginal level and make them aware about disease. 

We categorized  the people in four classes such as very poor, poor, middle income group and rich and we get patients from all this  four groups. In Bangladesh around 7.1 million people are suffering from diabetes. Obesity, lack of exercise, life style, diet habit and genetics are responsible for the diseases.

we are serving a group of people in a part of District.People who have sign symptoms of diabetes, we investigate them by Benedict test and confirm diagnosis by blood glucose monitoring. visual acuity test and eye examination by opthalmoscope. By measuring their weight and height, calculate BMI and fix a diet chart for them and make them understand how they will maintain the diet chart. According the blood sugar level we give them treatment in three categories like life style modification and exercise,  drug, insulin. In case of some patients need combination of all three categories.

We provide oral hypoglycemic agents, insulin and other medicine according to  patients need. we diagnose diabetes by fasting blood sugar and two hours after breakfast blood sugar measurement. Continuous monitoring done by Benedict test. we supply diet chart according to the BMI. Patients show their record and we provide treatment according to monitoring.

It is an unique initiative to detect diabetes  and ensure treatment and train them how to live a healthy life with appropriate diet, drug and dose. Through computerized record book we contact with them and they are keep in touch with us.we reach service in marginal level so that diabetes patients can lead a healthy and productive life.

In last year we diagnosed 2000 new diabetes patient and give them diabetes card, training about diseases and it control method. According to the BMI we fixed their diet chart. previously diagnosed 7000 patients is under our monitoring and we provide their drug, insulin and diet chart. 97% patient have good control due to our counseling, life style modification, regular exercise and with appropriate drug, dose and diet. 

Current number of people we are serving is 9000. In one year it will be 10000 and in five years it will be 50000.

Now we are  working in a part of district of Bangladesh. In next year, we will cover the whole district. in next five years we will cover the whole country.

We have not enough fund. Now we have basic investigation tools but we have to expand it. we have to get more insulin with low cost.

We are trying to get fund from national, international NGOs and from government organizations.

25 people work in our solution team, 12 full-time staffs, 8 part-time staffs and 5 others. In our team have endocrinologist, Eye specialist, Medicine specialist, medical officer,Nurse, pharmacist, microbiologist, pathologist, IT consultant and other staffs.

In our team have dedicated, hard worker, skilled, experienced doctor. we have endocrinologist, medicine specialist, eye specialist who are working with excellent service. The team have sympathetic ear with empathetic heart.  

We categorize patients in four classes such as very poor, poor, middle income group and rich. According to the patients class we fix the charge of services. Diabetes patients are the key customers and beneficiaries. according to the patients need we provide oral hypoglycemic agents, insulin, glucometer, low calorie rice, sugar free biscuit, other medicine. In case of emergency patients to whom we refer, we provide ambulance service for them. We take cost effective investigation charge according to the class of the patients. Doctor fees are very low, cost effective and affordable according to the class of the patients. In our pharmacy, we provide drug only prescribed by registered doctor. We ensure cost effective service with low revenue.

We fund our work by selling product and services. As diabetic patient is very high and we ensure quality services, our revenue streams cover expected expenses.
