Well, if we look at the agriculture sector of Bangladesh, the first problem we find that there is less investment in farming sector. The farmers also find many difficulties taking loan from the local banks. So, our first target is to create such a platform for the farmers of Bangladesh from where they can find suitable investment for their production.

Moreover, most of the farmers are not well educated enough. So, they do not know about the latest way of farming and also faces various problems due to natural calamities. So, our second target is to provide them proper mentor ship.

Furthermore, the farmers face problems selling their products or even though they sell their products, they get very low price for the remaining syndicates in the market. So, our third and final target is to create a digital market place for selling their product.

Though Bangladesh is a developing country, it has many problems. The country is not self-sufficient of food .Its economic growth depends on Agriculture. Most of the people of Bangladesh is related to farming. But it is a matter of sorrow that the farmers of Bangladesh are suffering from several problems.

1.The Farmers are not getting proper investment. And also, they are not capable of bearing the production by themselves.

2.They can't afford to have loans from the local Banks or Agencies because of higher rate of interest.

3.Natural Calamities are occurring regularly as a result farmer are having great loss at their farming.

4.Moreover the syndicates occupy the supply chain as they purchase product at low price from the farmers and sold them at higher price.

5.Farmers do not have that much knowledge about scientific method of farming.

That's why they are leaving their profession. Since this issue is becoming more serious and the economic growth of Bangladesh has been disturbed. And it's too dangerous for country like Bangladesh which is under development.

For a country in which an estimated every 2 of 5 people work in agriculture, which is a significant contributor to the country’s GDP. As our research and analysis we found that the farmers of our country facing problem regarding some issues and they are helpless about those specific issues. So, we are targeting to serve the rural farmers.
As we are creating a platform where a farmer can find one stop solution for all their needs.

1.If any farmer want to have knowledge about the scientific method of farming ,we will provide them a mentor ship for a certain period.In this period they will also get some information about the natural calamities.

2.After completing the courses if anyone has the potential to do something we will provide them a investment with a suitable.

3.Lastly any farmer want to sell their products via our website one can use our platform as a marketplace also.

By this they can solve their investment problem,can gain knowledge about the scientific method and can solve their selling problems.

Mentor ship : Apon will provide mentor ship to the farmers for a certain period of time. Apon will declare a project regarding getting the farmers who are interested to widen their business. After getting the target number of farmers apon will launch the project.

Investment: After completing the mentorship, the mentors will select the farmers who are qualified to have the investment .Then Apon will create a profile for the farmers and apon will take those profiles to the investors. when Apon finds a suitable deal for any farmer that will give the farmer an opportunity to run their farming then ;The Deal" will take place. Apon will make sure that the deal is beneficial for both the farmers and the investor

Observing : While doing cultivation or farming, the farmers will be observed by the local supervisors appointed by the Apon and those supervisor will make sure that the farmers may not face any problem. If they face any problem the supervisors will notify the specialized team of Apon .
Sell : After completing the cultivation if the farmers are unable to sell their product by their own then Apon will create post in their website as inventory to sell their products.
As Apon is a platform for the farming related solutions, the farmers can promote their business via Apon. Any one can create or enlist any thing as rent,or sell in the platform. So that the farmers do not need to go to the others source

We think our solution is innovative because :

1.We are bringing the technology to the doorsteps of farmers. Scientific methods of farming will also be introduced.

2.Specialist Team to provide mentor ship.

3.Revealing online inventory made from the farmers.

4.Introducing Sourcing on Farming products,accessories,seeds,fertilizer.

5.Bringing up market place for the farmers,where they can sell their products online .

6.Posting advertisement regarding anything by the farmers.For example if any one has  accessories that he doesn't use he can post as a add to rent .

As we are providing proper strategy for those problems thats why we are expecting that our solution will work.

As we have been in research recently we made the solution , so we want to start it as soon as possible .Hopefully we are targeting at least 10 people to serve in a specific place of the country. From next year we want to serve at least 20 districts from the 7 division . We are targeting approximately 200 people to serve . In five years we want to serve the 40+ districts of the country . It depends on the response from the farmers .Hopefully we are targeting to serve at least 1000+ people in 5 years time period.

Initially we are a start up, now we need to invest . We made some goals for next years :

1.As our idea is new, we need to create awareness among the farmers of the rural areas. We need at least 6 months time to notify them about us . In at least 30 districts of Bangladesh.For these we will create some campaign,seminars in the several parts of the country.

2.After notifying them we want to launch our very first project . We are targeting at least 10 people to serve .

3.We will launch our website and mobile application.

4.We will appoint our territorial agents in the several parts of our country by next year.

5.We will introduce Scientific methods to the farmers as much as possible.

6.We will provide a territory office where the farmers can have proper internet access.

For Next Five Years: our goals for next five years

1.We will make apon easiest platform to have access from any part of the country.

2.The available technology for farming is increasing day by day. So we will create a platform also for the scientist to implement their ideas.

3.We will make them capable of owning their own technology device.

4.we will try to remove their hunger and also poverty.
