Production of Silica by Recycling Rice Husk
1. Rice is the principal food of Bangladesh . Huge amount of rice husk produces everyday. All are thrown as wastage.
2. I want to use these wastage rice husk and want to make silicon in Bangladesh.
3. If I could use these wastage rice husk and finally can produce silicon, it will develop our country. At present we import silicon from foreign. At that time we can fulfill our required demand.
I am willing to recycling rice husk which always treated as wastage.
The impact will be fruitful for the entire country's economy.
It will be a silicon revolution for Bangladesh.
Silicon chips.
Electronic industry.

Silicon implant in medical science.
Automobile industry.
-Silicon is an important raw material in industries which we import from foreign countries at high price these days but if we can produce Silicon here in Bangladesh then there will be an availability of this resource. Which in terms will encourage the industrialists to invest. But according to the present scenario due to the scarcity of supply and high price of Silicon many industrialists do not come forward to invest in this sector.
-My concept will provide the opportunity to supply the raw material at low cost to the industries and in return the industries will supply products to the consumers at low price.
-People will get Electronic Equipment, Computers, Cosmetics, Car Tires, Medical Equipment and Silicon based implants, Chemical Laboratories.
-Silica is the major constituent of the rice husk ash. So precipitated silica production will not only provide value addition but also solve the problem of large amount of ash disposal generated from gasification process. With such a large ash content and silica content in the ash it becomes economical to extract silica from the ash, which has wide market and also takes care of ash disposal. Precipitated silica is composed of aggregates of ultimate particles of colloidal size that have not become linked in massive gel network during the production process. It is an amorphous form of silica; the word denotes a lack or crystal structure, as defined by x-ray diffraction.
- Increase opportunities for people - especially those traditionally left behind – to access digital and 21st century skills, meet employer demands, and access the jobs of today and tomorrow
- Support underserved people in fostering entrepreneurship and creating new technologies, businesses, and jobs

- Concept
I think this solution is innovative, because not all the countries main food is rice like Bangladesh. I think in this world Bangladesh, India and some few countries main food is rice. And this rice husk is re-useable, renewable. We can use this huge amount of wastage and produce silicon which is valuable in this whole world.
If we implement the project finally it will create revolution for our country. It directly involves economy for a country. So it will helpful for our industries as well as its positive impact will get our mango people finally. So for lower income, middle income people, rural residents, urban residents will get advantage directly. Even we can export silicon in other countries also if we continue this project full phase.

1. No people.
2. If I have available funding then I can start this project within one year.
3. If I have available funding then I can run this project within five years and will serve 1000 people at least.
Firstly I have to start this project within one year this is my first goal. If I can take space for this project and all everything related to this project then I think within five years I could run and this is my goal.
First barrier is enough fund. If I had enough fund then I could arrange space, raw material, machineries, resource and everything. So if I get enough fund then first I will recruit some skill resource. And I will communicate my university teacher. Then we will start this project.
All and above fund is the main thing. If I get fund then all the problems will be solved automatically.
- Nonprofit
Now we are working 10 people part time staff.
Actually we are the best because in Bangladesh we did Masters in Renewable Energy Technology in University of Dhaka. So we know very well how we can use our wastage material. And our teacher will always help if we can start this type of project.
Rice husk is an agricultural residue abundantly available in India. A huge amount of rice husk is discharged in India, and the rice husk is usually burned in the field, or in some cases it is used as a fuel for power plant. In both cases, the smoke generated with the burning process often causes serious domestic and also international environmental problems. It is very important to solve the problems, smoke and waste, in relation to the treatment of rice husk. Rice husk is one of the most silica rich raw materials containing about 9098% silica. Rice husk large ash content and sodium silicate content in the ash it becomes economical to extract silica from the rice husk ash, which has wide market and also takes care of ash disposal. Rice husk is a popular boiler fuel and the ash generated usually creates disposal problems. The chemical process discussed not only provides a solution for waste disposal but also recovers a valuable silica product, together with certain useful associate recoveries. The sample characterized by FTIR & X-ray diffraction (XRD).
Firstly I need some fund for starting this project. If I can start then more fund will get I hope. And from this project I can get some fund more. So from combined way we can get fund.
For funding I am applying to the Tiger Challenge.
