A concept on the deadline of corruption

Right now, if you say problem about Bangladesh, the only problem is corruption. The whole system is corrupted. You cannot make one particular man or a group or a political party as the cause of this problem. The system has become like this gradually.

So I am providing a way that can help us not by solving it immediately, but step by step. It is not something that can be solved right now. But all we can do is put a seed in the system that will grow as a system and solve the problem rigardless of whatever somebody wants or not.

We can provide a beautiful environment for our upcoming generation. There is no other way we can do so and this is the only way we can ensure something really essential for the future of this nation.

First of all, I would look at our system in the sense that would it be better condition if there a new political party arise. In fact, not at all. Because, the whole system is corrupted. Specially the generation who are now taking lead in politics, have come from a corrupted practice. Again, the new coming generation is more bullshit than before as they are product of some question-out examinations. So there is no hope till today.  Again, this is not a magic that the problem can be solved in a moment. We at least need a long time planning at least for 20-25 years to solve the corruption step by step. 

Now we have to put a seed that will grow as the changer of the system. And that is, we have to ensure the educational system perfect and without corruption. The government have to take this simple step that only one thing they have to make sure as uncorrupted, that is the education system.

This way is easy and a must for our nation. We can remove corruption without even thinking how to do it. And without this way, there is no way otherwise!

This is a hope and prayer for every general people that they will live in a system that is not corrupted. As we see the condition of our system, in fact, there is no hope. 

For example: The business is corrupted, so there is high price of everything. The farmers are not getting their desired price for their work, where people are buying things with the price that is too much in comparison with the expected price for the farmers. This is the real image of a corrupted system. 

When this system will change, the farmers will get their expected peice as well people will buy things within their expected price. There will be the equilibrium.

So the corruption has destructed the equilibrium from the system. If we just change the education system, it will completely change the nation. We don't have to remove corruption from different aspects of the system.

Every aspect of the system will change by changing the education system. It is corrupted education that creates and manipulates this corrupted system. Again, this is the change in the education system, that will lead a nation detached from the corruption.

At first, the change should be brought in the ministry of education. The government have to take the step seriously as they are willing to make the system uncorrupted.

The primary and high school education is what creates the base of thoughts for a human being. Religion is not important. The only important thing is the education. In every upazillas there should be officers on charge who has no history of corruption. 

Now this is important how to select these people. This is why I'm saying government have to take the best step. This is seed of everything, what is going to work all the way. There has to be a team who will select the the officers on charge. They will have to be given the power of discharging a officer due to corruption. They will have such power that the police or political leaders will respect them. Such power can be given only by president and prime minister. They will not interfere on the politics or the economy or anything. They will just inquire and use their power on the officers of education system.

Another important thing that can be added is, no politics in the school levels.

If the education system can be ensured perfect, then within 20 years of time, a generation will rise, 50% of which people will keep themselves aside from corruption just becuse they have been built a built-in pure mentality inside by pure education. Thus, after 25-30 years from now, there can be a chance of being happy about the system. And there is no way otherwise!

Everyone is talking about corruption. People are make fun out of it as they have taken corruption for granted. It seems to be uncontrollable to stop corruption.

But ensuring proper education will change the system magically.

Since education is the creator of the base thoughts of a man or woman, it is what leads the society and the nation.

Corrupted education leads to a corrupted education, so simply uncorrupted education will lead an uncorrupted nation.

See, there is no need to stop corruption from politics, economy, business etc etc, we just need to ensure an uncorrupted education system. Like a seed grows as a tree someday, the uncorrupted education system will grow as an uncorrupted nation one day.

It needs at least 10 years to make an image as the solution. Moreover, it needs at least 20 years to rise potentially.

Within the next year, a team needs to be selected who will get power from the prime minster and president in the field of education. To select this team, collecting information from the social medias might be helpful this days.

And next five years will be needed for the team to discharge the officers from the upazilla fields. This is funny but this has to be done.

The politics and the political people will be the only barrier. For example, if I discharge some officer for corruption and he is relative of the political party, he must give me pressure from his leader to adjust my work with his work. This is a giant barrier. .

That's why I am again and again talking about the power of the higher level of the system.

If the team have the power from the president and prime minister, I will have no fear for discharging the corrupted officer. Any kind of corruption has to be removed from the education field. The team will never interfere on politics, economy or business or anything without the education system.

Therefore, if the power is on, nothing will be a problem.
