Brothers Agro Zone- Quality Food for Good Health.

I am committed to create employment mainly in rural community. In our country 47% of young generation is unemployed and rural peoples moving to city for a better life. So agriculture sector is decreasing. I am proposing to doing hydroponic farming (cucumber,strawberries,lettuce etc) in unused land, (RAS,Bioflock) fish farming and different farms (like goat, dairy, poultry) in 1-20 floors building. If a person can earn well money from his/her own area then he/she will not move to city. In hydroponic farm women's can work easily. By hydroponic farming oxygen percentage can increase. I have also a plan to execute big bio-gas plant because there's a probability that we ran out of gas by 2041.

4.4 million youths face unemployment in Bangladesh. Unemployment a big problem for Bangladesh. Many people's from other district's urban area are going Dhaka for better earning to lead smooth life. Many young generation from rural area also going Dhaka after passing Higher Secondary exam to do a job and some tries for government job up to 30 years of age. Almost every student's are crazy for BCS now-a-days. So frustration is rising among them. Beside for coming people's in Dhaka day-by-day increasing problems in transportation to Dhaka from other place. Carbon-Di-oxide,other harmful contents in air also increasing. Many people don't supply quality food. Human is only mammal who required milk in all stage of life.But in our country we are facing now a critical situation. Dairy industry in Bangladesh: Prospects and roadblocks. Detergent, anti-biotics in milk. We need to overcome this situation.

Human is the only mammal who required milk in all stage of life. Peoples from rural community going to city for better earning & to lead a smooth life with other member of family. My plan is to work mainly on dairy farm along with other farming with modern equipment's. So that young generation in rural community get interested to do agriculture and can earn well money from there. In hydroponic farm a woman can easily work. So she can also support her family. Educated young persons can make new ideas for better profit.

I want to work in 8 division of Bangladesh separately but connected virtually. Every division will have a medium scale milk packaging machine. We need to launch an app with big,fast,strong server in which all the farmer will be connected. So that they can talk with experts, technicians or veterinary doctor to solve their problem with animal or crop. We need to invent a small device which can measure the ingredients or toxins of milk and this device can be operated by all kinds of general people. After collected the milk there will be microbiologist who will again check the milk then it will go for pasteurization.  After that milk will be packed & distributed. By this process the price of UHT milk may be reduced than now because of transportation. The male calf can be slaughter after two/three years to local market/industry/export company. The cow's dung can be used as fertilizer in the crop field. Beside we can use that to produce bio gas. I have a plan to research if it is possible or not to generate electricity by bio gas. In hydroponic farming we can produce strawberries, cucumber, lettuce etc. In hydroponic farm woman can easily work beside their family. There is a fish farming system very popular in Indonesia named RAS fish farming. And biofloc fish farming is getting known in Bangladesh with RAS. This systems don't require much people but to supply the fish from factory to people there will be create employment. Same in hydroponic farming.

In our country there is milk company named pran, milk vita, arong but the problem of their milk price because they cant collect milk from all over the country. And many farmers don't have training for adequate knowledge in this sector. If some farmer want to expand their dairy farm by taking loan that process is complicated also. I believe if we can work same procedure separately in 8 division then we can reduce the price of the milk.

Bangladesh: Social gains from dairy development. Bangladesh need to import powder milk to meet the demand inside the country. That's why a huge amount of money is going outside of Bangladesh. By this solution I believe Bangladesh can self sufficient in dairy. Then that money will be saved and that money the government can use for another purpose.

I have target to create employment around 250 people in the next five years.

My goal to set up an agri zone within next five years where in two threes 10 stored building I will do poultry farming, goat farming, hydroponic farming, in house fish farming.

My solution starts with a business  which requires huge amount of money. So money is the main barrier now to start. After two or three years I will required around 100 bigha land to create an agri zone.

1. I have land in my native village but it is not huge in single place.

2. It was talked that Bangladesh Bank will give loan with 5% interest to dairy farmers. But this opportunity is closed now. No one knows when it will again open.

3. I have a known land where around 70 bigha land in same place but some space inside that place is other peoples name.

Its a big platform to let know others about my thinking. To work on my concept I need huge amount of money. So money is a big problem. I think Tiger IT foundation will help me to overcome this barrier. How that help will advance my concept, I am giving this answer by seven so what method-

so what- food quality and quantity will be increase and carbon-di-oxide will decrease

so what- the GDP of Bangladesh will increase.
