In Bangladesh people say there is no jobs but The employer say they don't get skilled people for their work. - We are working to remove this gap. the Reason behind this problem: Job application process in Bangladesh not easy, it's time consuming, hard task and costly. Most Of them are online based but people don't have PC so they need go shop every time to do it. And the main problem they don't have enough Job skill also not enough job.

We are making job application easier and giving Digital Skill development training and other facility through a APP so that they can get job easily or can be self-employed.

What is the problem you are solving?

We are working for unemployed problem in Bangladesh. More than 5 cr people who don't have any full time job and specifically more than 30 laks people who badly need job.

Pseudo unemployment is a major issue, people don't get perfect job what they are skilled in or want to do. Our education system isn't job oriented, also we don't have enough jobs. As i mentioned before Job application process not easy people have to apply from more than 7 platform. there is no job alert system where people can get all type of notification, So often they miss their dream job.

For upcoming world We are not ready. From General university Graduate only 5-10% students have basic computer knowledge. But special skill like Graphic design,Web Dev, Programming it's less than 1%. But if they have such kinds of knowledge they could get high paying job easily worldwide from home or could be self-employed.

In Rural aria In Fish Firming and dairy still follow old system, so production still not good and the people who don't have big land can't do it. In city Rooftop is Unused but there is a great chance to do high profit fish or dairy firm in rooftop.

We are working for unemployed people in Bangladesh who need work. it's male or female both. Broadly for the poor people who need to improve their life.

People don't get job in 2 reason.

1. They don't have job skill

2. Lack of jobs.

But before get a job you need to apply. As it's online based so you need a PC and net connection. most of the people don't have it and in rural aria it's very rear. In cities people go to shop for job application. it's cost them a lot. Also the miss job notification often It's a big problem.

When this problem is solved - you need job skill. specially Special skill. Most of the unemployed people don't have these skills. We will provide all types of Job skill training like graphic design, programming, block chin, HR Management etc. So this skills will solve their unemployed problem.

We are providing total solution for this job application process from one place for all website. Means, we will create a app and website people will join and input their data for single time. after that they can apply anywhere with one click. app will import all data to fill up the application form and pay application fee from our system.

In this system the don't have to go to a shop to apply for a job.

we will send notification via 5 ways so they wont miss any job. When a user is out of Internet they can apply over phone or SMS.

Learning and Development:

In This section we will provide them Bangla Video course which related to job oriented subject. It could be Traditional Job skill like - Communication, Decision Making,Conflict Resolution, Project Management etc. and also Special skill for present and future world like - Software programming, Solar Energy Technician, Data Analysis, Machine learning, Blockchain Developing, Web development, graphic design, Video editing, Digital marketing etc.

When they take our course they can get job in local or virtually all over the world easily. Some of the job are freelance. IE - Creating video for youtube. It's a very high paying freelance work and anybody can do it at home.

Most of the Female ended their life for just cooking. They really don't contribute financially directly to economy. But if they just record their cooking video they can earn a lot from youtube.

These are sustainable agricultural methods and it's resource efficient, zero carbon, and pollution free. With Biofloc Only 15*15 feet place can produce 400-500 KG fish in 4 months ( Temporary Poly bag house/pond) And with 3*12 feet 10 cow's grass can be produced with Hydroponic.

So Any one can do fish farming or dairy in his/ her courtyard or rooftop. We can do a Revolution by producing and exporting fish and milk/meat everywhere. Our Training will be in virtual and physical.

We are working for unemployed people so if we want to sell anything we need to reach them first. With our job application app only targeted people will come to use it. Then we sell our service to them. In this system we don't need to find our customer they will come to us.

We are making them qualified for jobs or self-employed. Providing everything what they may need. Beside this We are giving them new idea to change their life so that they don't only run for jobs.

Rooftop gardening is a old concept. But We are presenting new idea -

Roof Top Fish farming or Dairy

Biofloc or Hydroponic is a growing idea but most of the people is BD don't know about it. In cities lost of the rooftop is unused. People can rent their Rooftop and do Fish Farming. Also for the people who just have a Piece of land can do fish farming.

One of the most impotent thing we are connecting females in economy by working at home. There is no Dedicated platform in Bangladesh who work for Digital learning.

So We think We are working with existing technology with new approach.

Why do you expect your solution to address the problem?

We we work to increase their job skill automatically the can get job locally or virtually all over the world.

Bangladeshi Freelancers are earning billion dollar per year. Here, Here and here some research. That means we are doing great in online freelancing marketplace. But earning from YouTube, Ad sense, affiliate marketing isn't listed here surly it will be a bigger number.

Biofloc Fish Farming and Hydroponic Grass Farming both are hues successful agricultural method. so if we can implement this 2 method all over the Bangladesh economy will change. Even people can produce their won fish and milk. Fresh and safe food will be produced.

So with our solution people get work, they earn money, crime rate will decrease - improve peoples life social prosperity.

To start our service 1st we need to create our app and video courses then go live. it will take at least 6 months . Then we need to market our service.

So it would take average 1 year create a impact in peoples life. As we are developing peoples skill for earning money and we are in digital format so we can serve millions at a time. When 1 man learn from us and start earning his family will get benefited. So if we can change 1 life at least 5 life will be changed. And when some get knowledge from us he can teach to other so there is a possibility to replicate again and again.

Within next 5 years we can make a significant change in peoples life. We will create more content and start social business.

What are the barriers that currently exist for you to accomplish your goals for the next year and for the next five years?

Currently we only need money to develop our app and website. Then we need money to create video course and marketing. No other technical, legal, cultural, or market barriers.

In app this is a special section here we will provide bangle video course for skill development. most of them will be digital skill development. so that Man and Woman can improve their skill at home and work from home or get traditional jobs easily. We will have two special course for Biofloc Fish Farming and Hydroponic Grass Farming. We will sell these video course and also train them physically if needed.

Selling Agricultural instruments:
We will sell instruments which is used for Biofloc Fish Farming and Hydroponic Grass Farming. There are lots of things related to these. Like - Fish pots, Calf, Cow Foods/Medicine etc.

The reason for video course so that we can reach millions at time what is not possible in physical training but we will provide physical training when Necessary.

We may also ask for donation from other OGR if they donate us we will give our service for free.

Our app and video course is our product so we mainly earn from by selling those. AS video content don't need to produce every time so we can sell same thing again and again.One time production cost. kinds of residual income.

In future we also invest in Biofloc Fish Farming, Hydroponic Grass Farming and other possible agricultural or IT based product . These will ensure enough Cash flow.
