ExIQ increases the quantity and quality of our personal and collective energy to solve our toughest social impact problems. Our method builds wellness, empathy, inclusiveness, and courage through blended experiential and online learning. These life skills that lay the foundation for creativity and innovation, build resilience and create happier humans.
Change requires energy. Social change requires even more, over extended periods.

For for the youth of today to build the solutions of tomorrow they need to learn how to build their personal and collective energy.
We do this by building energy intelligence. Or ExIQ.

Designed by experts in change and transformation, pilot programs achieved an average 30% in energy in six weeks with as little as 6 hours of teaching.
Human-centred techniques have intrinsic and extrinsic motivators working in parallel. This stimulates change immediately, builds courage and accelerates mastery.
Flexible and personalised at scale, participants are kept accountable to micro achievements which embed learning with less perceived effort.
Diverse styles are catered for through facilitated workshops, online, and a virtual coaching app.
Live data allows agile adjustment of programs at a personal and collective level while providing insights into the overall wellness of communities.

Design thinking methods have been used to create and deliver the program. By turning our intuitive understanding of energy into intelligence, we better understand our body as a system.
The program covers four strengths:
- FUEL (food/fitness/sleep/recovery)
- FIRE (passions/strengths/learning/progress)
- FEELING (relationships with self/family/work or school/tribe)
- FOCUS (goals/mindset/reflection/distractions).
People are empowered to better manage their environment to achieve overall mastery of their energy.
Performance assessments measure:
Knowledge of what impacts our energy holistically
Existing Behaviours and Feelings that are being acted upon or experienced
Desire for a self-identified energy goal
To test the content and methodology, blended learning pilots have been delivered.
This has consisted of online assessments, experiential learning, and 1:1 or group coaching.
With the support of Solve we will scale our impact by using inclusive design methods to build an online curriculum and train local facilitators to make the programs accessible regardless of location and financial circumstances.
At scale our business model will be designed to both subsidise and employ disadvantaged communities.

Pilot programs have been completed February - June 2017. We are already generating revenue (August revenue estimated $US30000) through delivering face-to-face B2C and B2B training while we grow the business. We are also offering 1:1/group coaching, speaking and consulting.
Channel partnerships with key industry bodies who advertise and sell our products directly to their members. Established relationship with The Communications Council (Australia) and the Institute of Practising Advertisers (Global).
Revenue from these will be used to extend our offering to youth and disadvantaged communities.
We are already working with startup accelerator programs that support people with disabilities (Remarkable), indigenous startups (Indigenous Business Association/Investible) and domestic violence (NSW government/ Fusion Labs).
We will be applying for government grants to support wider innovation initiatives and startup accelerators through the delivery of startup founder wellness programs designed to prevent and overcome stress, burnout, and mental health issues.
Monetary constraints to hire more people with the capability to enable scaling of the business across technology, data and analytics, sales and operations.
This includes content development, marketing and distribution of online learning product.
