Financial crisis, Lack of skills and technical education of youth, Unemployment problems, Food Adulteration.

My solution is to create work opportunities for the unemployed youths in order that they can earn their living through developing their skills in myriad fields. They will be started contributing in food production that will ensure an amount of pure food.

The deprived youths will get the opportunity to learn and earn and create employment opportunity for others at the same time. This will solve the unemployment problem as the job sector is not available enough in every country. Besides, it will substitute the thought of seeking job which is undermining the value of proper education, and creating a huge number of educated unemployed people. My study will change the thought of the people and help create and find better options for them and ensure healthy food for all. 

According to a report published by BBS in 2018, 21.3% people in Bangladesh are living below the poverty line. Though it is a low ratio as per previous year's reports, a major percentage of parents living just above the poverty line can’t afford better education for their children. The unemployment rate in Bangladesh is 4.37%. About 46% of the total unemployed youths are university graduates. On the other hand, unhealthy and highly toxified foods are being spread everywhere. Again, people never talk about the mental health of the people aged between 17 and 25. This is the most challenging age for a person but most of them don’t get proper mental support and counselling. Because of that they get frustrated and drop out from the scope of education and engage themselves into various unethical activities. Around 80% of the youths are addicted to drugs in Bangladesh. Among them, 50% are involved in various criminal activities. 

The contributing factors to the problem that relates my solution are:

• Making skilled and confident human resources.
• Creating employment sectors. 
• Resolving financial crisis that will develop the socio-economic condition which will decrease the ratio of the youth involving in unethical activities.
• Contributing to the food chain  

Mainly, it will be served to those youths aged from 17 to 25 who have recently passed their HSC examination or got admitted to or graduated from a less demanding university or dropped out from school and who are facing financial problem or unemployment issues. 

As a third world country, Bangladesh has an overgrowing population rate with less job scopes which are increasing day by day. As a result, the youth society is not being utilized properly. To fulfill the solution, one of the main barriers is to find out the youths in need. To do so, it is important to arrange a boot camp following a particular flow. These boot camps will be held in major cities of our country at the initial stage. 

This attempt will help find the main crisis they are facing, namely, lack of guidelines, unemployment issue, mental health issue and to make understand the skill sets that the youths already have. After that, we will put the selected youths into our work system which will make them self-employed and provide proper training and guidelines. Thus, they will earn a handsome amount of money as well as develop their skills which will help them to improve their socio-economic value and so on. 

I want to set up restaurants in the main cities where the major educational institutions are situated. I will sell homemade foods and street foods also some trendy foods in a very reasonable price.

Why restaurant?

Restaurant business is very popular and takes less investment and much profitable comparing with other business segments. And comparatively easy to maintain. Besides, the students could learn to communicate and interact with various kinds of people which will help them in the long run.

How they will maintain it?

As I said the foods will be homemade or street foods or trendy foods, they will be able to prepare the majority portion by themselves while we will be providing the ingredients.

Let’s think there are ten students, let’s think four of them will be making food or taking care of the food sector. Three of them will be maintaining the restaurant and the rest will be taking care of the management, marketing and quality maintenance.

The work time will be maximum 4h for every person in a day and weekly 12h for skill development training.

Let’s think our profit is one 1,00,0000tk per month (It’s least profit according to the survey among the well decorated restaurants)

What are we going to do with the profit?

If we give five thousand per month each then it will cost 50,000tk and 50,000tk will be remaining. From the remaining part 30k will be invested for their skill development training in the preferred sectors like IT training. And rest is our company profit.

Who will train them?

We will find students who are just graduated from various institutes but not getting jobs and make them ready to train.

who will train the trainer?

We will be needing to hire skilled individuals for our specific sectors like we need a website to promote our products and an app for that and so on. We must need a team of engineers. They will train them.

What’s their profit?

We will be sharing a certain amount of profit earned from the particular websites or apps. In addition, we will provide them salary from the profit gained from all of the restaurants. My plan is not only with restaurants or foods or IT training it could be anything profitable, efficient and effort able so possibilities are limitless. And I do believe that I could make employment scopes for almost all trades.  

Everyone talks about a specific problem but my solution will solve some of the major problems of our country. I will create job opportunities for the youth and at the same time i will train them and make them skilled for their future. They will no longer need to look for any job as we are going to promote them in our higher sectors like or technology department, our agriculture department or any department we chose to work with. 

My solution will be only for the people who needs it. And it will be a complete community with the people who are financially challenged and have the potentiality to make changes.

My solution will create the idea of self dependent youth. And my idea will change the thoughts of the people and the primitive technique of business.
