Improving agriculture, improving lives.

"Green Field, Green Environment" is a short sentence. But it describe a lot. For Bangladesh perspective, agriculture is not a new issue. But the term which i describe here is a new term. It's all about highest productive and technology based mega farming. It's all about cultivate the vegetable, fish, dairy farm, apiculture and fungiculture. The cultivate of vegetable, fish, dairy farm, apiculture and fungiculture is for business perspective and teach the farmer in smart technology, reduce unemployment problem, supporting sustainable agricultural development.We need to save the farmer for our own sake. You can't live without them. No Farmers, No Food, No Future. For that reason i take a attempt to involving in mega farming and wish to establish a mega farm. I want to be a part of our agriculture family. My vision is "Save the farmer, Improving agriculture, improving lives". And its the solutions for the greenery world.

The first and foremost challenge is “Connectivity” which inhibit farmers’ ability to take advantage of new technologies. Second problem is “awareness". Access the current productivity status of Bangladesh agriculture and its contribution to growth and poverty reduction,access the structure of agriculture, commercialization and value chain development, suggest interventions for supporting sustainable agricultural development to promote poverty reduction, employment generation and enhance food security, green house effect in agriculture are concern.

According to Worldbank more than 70% of Bangladesh’s population and 77% of it's workforce lives in rural areas.Nearly half of all of Bangladesh’s
workers and two-thirds in rural areas are directly employed by
agriculture, and about 87% of rural households rely on
agriculture for at least part of their income. So almost 87% people are affected.

I want to  start a mega farm where i will cultivate all the vegetable, fish, dairy farm, aviculture, apiculture and fungiculture. That will ensure the people of food security. I will need many manpower which ensure to solve the unemployment problem. In my farm i will arrange some workshop program that ensure the farmer inside and outside my farm to introduce with modern agriculture system and proper business model and supporting sustainable agricultural development.

Food can be contaminated in two ways, one of which is unintentional,
i.e. when farmers, out of ignorance, use more amount of insecticide that
they ought to, and one of which is a deliberate measure to maximize
profits exploited by producers who use harmful chemicals to fatten their
products. From my farm i will ensure the product quality and training the farmers how to produce best product in agriculture and reduce their ignorance for safety food. I commit to solve the unemployment problem, training the poor and uneducated farmer, provide financial support for better agriculture, access themselves to use modern agriculture equipment for cultivate, seeding, modern technology for better agriculture environment.

I will hire some famous agriculturist of my country to discuss with the farmer inside and outside of my farm. He/They will solve the farmers problem according to their needs. The counseling and guidance are envisaged to provide expert services and advice to farmers on cropping practices, technology dissemination, crop protection from pests & diseases, market trends, prices of various crops in the markets and also clinical services for animal health, which would enhance productivity of both crops and animals.

Agriculture plays a dominant role in the growth and stability of the
economy of Bangladesh and more than three quarters of the total
population in rural areas derive their livelihood from the agricultural
sector.I want to take some attempt to solve the problem. These are

1. Establish a mega farm: Establish a mega farm will cultivate the daily food. That will ensure the food security.

2. Use organic fertilizer: Now a days in farming, the over uses of chemical fertilizers reduce the product purity. So, i want to use organic fertilizers, and bio-fertilizers that will ensure pure vegetable production.

3.Create job opportunities: For establish a mega farm we need many workers. We also needed some food engineer to ensure pure food. So, it will reduce the unemployment problem.

4. Training program: I wanna arrange some training and workshop program to introduce the modern technology of agriculture, sustainable agricultural development, proper business model and so on. I think this program will enhance the farmer as well as educative unemployment people will avail to make there own farm using latest farming method.

5. Farm management: In our country, the land for agriculture gradually decreases with the time. So, it's mandatory to farming management. It's the method of farming in small area and properly utilize all the space using vartical farming method. I wanna implement the process in our farming sector inside my farm and training the method to the farmer who are outside my farm. I wanna use an open architecture solution so that the applications are scalable and interoperable, and at the same time cost-effective.

6. Agricultural Marketing:I along with some market specialist will discuss about the market place and we will discuss with the farmer and inform themselves about the recent market condition. That will help them to get the proper value of their product.

7. Inadequate transport: Transport is one of the biggest problem to our farmer. I will give them the opportunities to transport their product as i can.

8. Vartical farming :Some vegetable and fruit can't grow in our country only for weather. So, i want to establish a hydroponic vertical farm to cultivate them. So, this product will not need to import from overseas. Nowadays global worming is a great issue. so hydroponic vertical farming need to added to our agriculture system.

Using modern technology, we will able to make green field, green environment.

Nowadays in my country contamination in food using formalin, carbait etc greatly practice in our country. So, we all the people of Bangladesh is in highly health risk. It causes desease like cancer. My solution will overcome the problem. In every year almost 1% of land decreases. My solution of using vertical farming method will reduce the problem. Unemployment problem, lack of knowledge of the farmer, transport problem, financial problem will be solve form my mega farm project in future. Lack of analysing market place, our farmer can't get the proper value of their product. The counselling by my team will reduce the problem. For the globalization and greenhouse effect, many kinds of vegetable can't grow in my country. Then we need to import such kind of vegetable with high price. But my farm, uses of hydroponic vartical farming method will reduce the problem in future. And the low cost of my production will avail to reach the best product to the all professional people. The modern agricultural technology don't involve in our country agriculture system. I want to involve the technology in our agriculture method. Sometimes imbalance use of fertilizer waste the plants. And also causes for different kinds of deases. In my farm I will use the bio-firtilizer. That will reduce the health risk.So, I think those idea will make my idea innovative. 

To be a successful businessman in any sector, at first the mandatory things to do is identify the problem of your business and carefully notice that how the problem generates. For that reason we need a specialist and a mentor who is/are already research in that sector. It's also mandatory to counseling the businessman. In our country, in agriculture sector, the farmer who mostly involved in this sector are illiterate. They are not conscious about what's problem they face and how to solution those problem. They don't get any mentor and counselling. For that reason, most of the farmer can't earn the proper profit from there agriculture business. Sometimes they know what's types of problems they will face future but they do not know the modern solution of that problem. They probably try to solve that problem in ancient method. But most of the time they fail. So they need counselling as early as possible to upgrade our agriculture economy. I take this attempt to counselling themselves. I think they will highly benefited by my attempt.

In our country the food safety, pure food for healthy life, unemployment problem, women unemployment , include modern technology method to agriculture system are the biggest problem. In my business project I will able to recover and solutions of those problem. And I can do it. To make a green village, a green city, a green country and a green world my project plan will help a lot. 

1. The current number of people i am serving: Currently i have no company or business.

2. The number i will be serving in one year: If i get this fund, i think i will serve more than 5 million people in one year.

3. The number i will be serving in five years: After five years, the number of serving people will almost 1 Billion.

In this year, my goal is to establish my mega firm as early as possible. And have a target of serving more than 0.5 million people and ensure to serve pure product, enhance food security and nearly give employment to 500 people.

In next five years, i want to serve all the people of my country and try to export my product outside my country. 

At present the biggest barrier is to import modern agriculture equipment in my country. Because, in our country we don't have necessary equipment to ensure fully modern agriculture system. And for import those equipment without government funding, it's very tough. So, here the problem is huge funding. 

To overcome those barriers, i planed to apply for funding from government and another non government organization. And proper use of those modern equipment which is available in my country.

In my farm, i will need different types of people according to their workplace.

Full time staff: I need almost 60 workers daily who will take care of all the plants  animal and bee. Two or three of the staff will food engineer who will ensure the food quality of my farm. And we need Two or three agriculturist for ensure the plant health and neutration. Also need 2 or 3 animal husbendary doctor who will ensure the the of those animal.

Contractor: I will need 6-10 staff contractor for management the farm properly.

Part-time staff: According to need.

In my team i will training my farm staff before starting my business. All of the staff of my firm, whom i want to involve my firm, they are working in agriculture almost 10 years. I just training themselves to involve modern technology in my farming business. They will work in my firm as a workers. Some of them work as contractor. The biggest opportunities for me is, my father still working in agriculture sector almost 35 years. Though my father was a school teacher, he started firming almost 35 years ago. Now he is in retirement from his teaching profession. So, my father has a huge experience in agriculture sector. So, his participation in my business will be a massive help for me. And i think i will solve our agricultural problem in our country, Bangladesh.

A business model is a blueprint for small business success. In my business model i plan to full those step. these are,

1. Establish a mega farm.

2. At the first time, i need almost 100 workers in my farm. And the 50 percent of workers will be male and another 50 percent workers will women.

3. According to market analysis, i sell those product in my own shop in convenient price.

4. I also sell the product in online

5. I will provide some of the plant to the farmers in no cost for cultivating the plants outside my farm.

6. I want to use vertical farming for cultivate more plant in small area.

7. For green house effect, i will create a green house for cultivate some plant which can't cultivate outside of green house in Bangladesh.

8. Cost structure of any business is a great concern. I want to produce the best product in low range of money. That will reduce the Agri-business cost of our country.

9. I will use modern technology for cultivate best product from my farm. And i also counseling the unskilled farmer. And encouraged themselves to use modern technology. And I want to support themselves at my best.

This all about the economic and social development of our beautiful Bangladesh. And social welfare of the unemployment problem and also establish my self and my family.

I will start a business of farmining. From the farm i will sell them in our country. When my production will vast, i will export those product to outside my country. This will help me to financial sustainablity. I wish to enlarge my business when i get enough money from my farm.

I want to buy a shop for selling my goods directly with customer. That will help me to get the proper value of my product.

I produce all of the product by analyzing the market condition of that time. That will help me to get financial sustainbility of my life.

Bangladesh’s rural economy, and specifically agriculture, have been powerful drivers of poverty reduction in Bangladesh since 2000. Because of Bangladesh's fertile soil and normally ample water supply. But in our country, Bangladesh, the farmer can't properly utilize the agricultural environment and can't not take the advantage of it's climate. This all happen for connectivity with the modern technology and the awareness problem. They can't not give us the proper food security and safety. So we have to import many product from overseas. For that reason i want to establish a mega farm in our country and reduce the unemployment problem of my country and teaches and counseling the farmer with modern technology and cultivation model of agriculture. So, investment in this sector will enhance the GDP rate of our country and increase the economic development. In future, more than one million farmers (35 percent female) will benefit from the project activities. I wish to contribute in my country welfare.
