Just think about rural peoples who don’t have good doctors. They need to spend more than 1000taka and at-least one whole day to come to city and check-up their health condition. What if they can get best doctors from Dhaka within some minutes sitting on their home and even during national holydays?

Dr.Live is our app based startup which serves people medical services. Dr. Live is a modern form of Tele-medicine. Through Dr. Live patients will get the list of certified and verified doctors according to their proficiency and demand. Then patients can choose a doctor and set a time within doctor available period. After payment, patients can get their desired doctor through video consultation and get a typed prescription from that doctor. If patients want to get medicine sitting on his home, medicine prescription will sent to other section and medicines will deliver to their home within 1 hour. 

In average, a doctor lost almost 2 hour of his working time every day in traffic jam. Even, some patients could not bring to doctor in time to get first aid or advice which is the most important thing. Again, most of the doctors like to stay in Dhaka. As so Rural peoples need to come to Dhaka to check up their health condition as so they can know what they should do then. 

Besides, Fraud and Fake doctors are increasing day by day. There is no such way or organization who will certify the doctors that they are verified and create a list of real doctors as so patient can get relief from worried about doctor's qualification. On the contrary, there is no such review system for doctors which will be a revolution in medical industry and reveal the truth of quality health service of a medical center, hospital and doctors. Because then doctor will feel the necessity of doing manner to their patients and check up them according to their responsibility.

Beside all of this, there is no such technology throughout which one can self diagnose his own physical condition like Blood Pressure & heart rate etc. 

We are serving for 18 crores Bangladeshi people because health is the basic right and need of everybody. We want to bring city doctors towards rural peoples as so they can get advice and consultation in time hassle freely.

Also, 20 Million Dhaka dwellers face the problem of dealing with lots of doctors as there is no such way to identify doctors real or fake.

Overall we we working for all the people live in Bangladesh who have the necessity of doctor's consultation, get known about verified doctors as so they don't need to think about listed doctor's qualification and necessity of getting a platform of doctors throughout which they will get tips, suggestions and symptoms of diseases. 

Dr.Live is a mobile application which brings Available, Certified, Verified and High Rated doctors towards rural and urban people anytime!! Anywhere!!

At first, Doctors will register in our app service with proper documentation and prove of their qualification. Our verification team will choose reliable, proved real doctors.

Doctors can set their available free times during traffic jam or leisure time spent on their houses.

Patient can see available doctors or can set an appointment time with doctor. Consultation will be through video calling service between doctor and patients. 

After consultation, rating system and review will arise to patients to rate that doctor which will be helpful for other patients to make decision which doctor will be perfect for him.

Payment would be through mobile banking system or mobile mobile network operator's recharge process.

Definitely, it will be a blessing for rural peoples who need health support and advice in time easily.

Actually video conference will not be proper always to define patient’s problem. Again, doctors may need blood pressure information and other results which is necessary sometimes. Then doctor can pause their consultation and again fixed a time for video conferencing and a certified  Nurse will be present there to check up patient and deliver required information to doctor. Then the doctor can take decision about patient’s condition. Doctor will write a prescription throughout his smartphone and will sent to the patient. If patient want, we will deliver prescribed medicines in patient's door in a minimum delivery cost. It will make them tension free about getting expired medicines. That's how Nurse will gain practical knowledge and experience as well as make him/her employed. Moreover, in Dr.Live app, doctors can put their videos about different health issues, suggestions and life hacks. Doctors will also get a handsome revenue from it proportion to its views and users will get trusted advice from real doctors unlike youtube videos. 

Also, we are working with a new technology named "MyHealthChecker" which enables one to self diagnose himself and know about his physical condition by knowing his blood pressure and heart rate etc.   

With all of these features and benefits, Dr.Live will create a revolution in Bangladesh's health service.

The current number of people we’re serving: We are on prototype stage. Currently our whole system isn't in public service to serve and solve people's problem.

The number we’ll be serving in one year: In one year, we have goal to serve 1 Million people our health facilities as so they will get doctors along with prescribed medicines at the door and other facilities. 

The number we’ll be serving in five years: Within 5 years, we will get rid of break even period and will create an Eco-system across the Bangladesh. Definitely we will reach the landmark of 1 crore user of Dr.Live and dominate in the market.

Though Tele-medicine is a established process but our society is not so much use to with that. Again, rural peoples need a minimum training and knowledge to use this service in their daily life. So, we need service centers at first in 7 divisions. Within one year our goal is to develop 7 service centers and control them centrally. 

Within 5 years, our goal is to dominate in the market as the first perfect initiative of commercialized tele-medicine system. Also we want to create an eco-system across the whole Bangladesh in Health Care Sector.

Financial Barriers: At first, we need a huge money to develop the whole process of verifying doctors, giving doctors and patients attractive offers, 1 free check up for a new user etc. In the initial stage, our revenue rate will be as much lower as possible. These are the things that we need to do in first few years. Within these days, we need funding that will fuel us to progress with this way.
Market Barriers: In Market, there are lots of mobile network operators who are trying to catch that market of e-hospital. 

Financial Barriers Overcome: To get funding we are trying to apply in certain big organization. Also, when we will get a good number of patients and doctors, we will increase the rate of interest per visit of doctor. Again, our app service advertisement will gather directly from companies to get more revenues. 

Market Barriers Overcome: In Market, there are lots of mobile network operators who are trying to catch that market of e-hospital. 

Our team is consist of 4 members. All of us are technology enthusiast. We love to solve real life problems throughout our code. One of our member Fuad Al Ahsan is also market analyst. One of us are good in surveys and collecting user feedback. One of us is android application developer and the other is software engineer.

As Dr. Live is truely a commercialized tele-medicine system which is fully based on an android application. Our team has already started to develop the application and the other are just collecting feedback from general people about their desired technology to resolve this very problem of the unavailability of verified doctors.
