A New and Reliable Voting System Avoiding Vote Tampering

Problems of Ballot Paper Voting:
1.Stamping ballot papers at the night before the polls.
2.Irregularities, violence and killing to occupy booths for vote rigging. 
Problems of EVM Voting:
1.It is alleged to be preprogrammed, hacked,edited by corrupted presiding officer.
Solution:
1.Scope of checking the originality of the ballot papers using marker.
2.Using a voter's fingerprint on paper ballot instead of sealing/stamping.
3.Ballot paper containing the NID no. of every voter. 
4.Finally, identification of the originality of the NID numbers  and fingerprints  on the ballots comparing with the  EC database by a scanner machine and providing the records of legal and illegal  votes.
Positive changes:
1.No/less violence, corruption and killings at polling days.
2.No autocratic administrators in the power through unfair election.
3.Getting back trust in election, suffrage and democracy.

As a conscious citizen I talked to many voters on it.Most of them alleged about vote rigging and irregularities.

In fact,vote rigging is a common scenario in the underdeveloped and developing countries performing these ballot and EVM voting systems due to the vulnerability of being abused of these systems. 

After developing my idea, I talked to many people about that.All of them agreed with my solution.

 
I think,by gifting them a trustworthy, transparent and peaceful election, this solution will address their needs at a great extent.

Goal of the solution is to hold an election avoiding violence, corruption and irregularities and presenting the election as trustworthy, transparent to the voters with the following measures :

Features of Ballot Paper:
1. Scope to ensure It's originality by marker.
2.One ballot paper for one voter bearing the NID no. of that voter.
3.Containing blank room under the symbol of every candidate for giving fingerprint by a voter.

4.A voter's fingerprint on the blank space under a candidate indicates the voter's vote for that candidate. 

Features of Scanner Machine:
1.Containing voters database by EC.
2.Structurally no option for editing,typing and connecting to internet for further programming. 
3.Ability to detect the voter number,given fingerprint on a ballot.
4.Matching the ballot number with the NID number of that specific voter.
5.Matching the fingerprints  between the ballot and NID  card of that specific voter.
6.If they don’t match,then the machine will mark it as a fake vote by red cross sign on that ballot with special marker.
7.Providing records of cast  votes,legal and illegal votes so that a corrupted person can't cross a candidate's votes manually. 
8.Structurally no scope to read any information of the candidates by the machine, to avoid manipulation of the programme for the interest of any candidate illegally. 

Steps to Avoid  Fraud  Counting of Votes:
1.Forming a counting authority containing sufficient members in every polling station selected unbiasedly by the EC.
2.Signature and fingerprint of every member is a must on the result sheet stating on the fairness of vote counting of that station.
3.The result sheet must contain the number of legal and illegal votes.
4.Keeping a copy of result sheet to each member.
5.Checking all the signs,fingerprints and comments on the result sheet of the counting members by an Investigation Authority.
6.The legal result sheets to be sent to the publishing authority and illegal results  must be ceased for further investigation. 
7.The final publishing authority must publish result of a parliamentary seat including all the data of every polling station under that seat within certain days so that a counting member can file a case if any illegality shown by the final publishing authority in counted voting records with his/her copy of result sheet as a proof.

For faster and efficient voting development of techniques to scan hundreds of ballots at a time.

Privacy of the voters:
1.Need to destroy all ballots after final result publication.
2.Using secret PIN on every ballot.

Punishment :
The fake voters identified through their given fingerprints on other’s ballots and should be punished to eliminate fake voting.

The following features of my solution have made it innovative: 

1. Structurally no scope of reading the information of the candidates by the machine.So there is no chance and use of illegal programming by a corrupted presiding officer.
2. Highly accountable due to step by step authorization.
