Making or building houses is a very costly thing. and for that poor people can not live in a proper hygienic and better place. That's why i am proposing a low cost urban housing pod which will cost very low amount but will have everything that a urban house these days have. when people will live in a better house they will not suffer from disease, they will love their place to live in. Also it will take their living standard to a whole new level. That is how it will positively change the lives of people in Bangladesh.
According to the latest census on slum dwellers and floating population conducted by the “BBS” 2.23 million people are living in the slums across the country. Between them 1.06 million people live in slums in Dhaka division ,followed by the Chottogram,Khulna,Rajshahi divisions with 635916,172219,120036 slum dwellers respectively . The number of people living in cities without access to the civic amenities has increased by 60.43 percent in the last 17 years approximately. People who lives in slums doesn’t have access to many things that people need in regular life. They have sanitation problem, they don’t have proper toilet, their houses can’t prevent water in rainy days, also not fire resistant. The houses needs to be often repaired , Their houses are unhygienic . And costly to build. Not only slum people but also the people who move from the village to cities they also face severe problems in living in cities like Dhaka. Most of the time they don’t find proper houses ,for that they have to live a miserable life.
i have worked with organizations also visited them and talked with them several times to perfectly understand what they need.Our house provides almost everything that are currently missing in their house. Our house will provide the Target audiences better place to live, better place to cook, better sanitation, and in one word our house will provide better life-style without spending a lot of money. Also it’s going to create opportunity to make money by investing less amount. And that’s how our product / service creates value for our target audiences
Our business will offer A complete house which will solve all the housing problems of urban poor people living in Dhaka and cities of Bangladesh also bachelors and students who move from villages to cities. Our houses will have living room, proper bathroom, proper kitchen. It will be water and fire resistant. And its build cost is very low also the house will be good looking. It will be fully apartment like house. We will provide after sell services. It will be super strong that will last at least 30 years. It will be moveable and made in very short time.

My idea is completely new in Bangladesh and people of Bangladesh has seen nothing like this. Current houses where the poor people lives doesn't have every thing they need. But my house will give them all in one with low cost.
currently urban poor people does not have perfect home to live in. Which causes many difficulties in their life. But with my house all of them will be solved . after seeing my existing customers problem solved many more will take our solution and will be able to live more happily.

As our idea of this kind of house is completely new in Bangladesh so we don’t have any direct competitors. And about indirect competitors , the market we are going to grab , we won’t have much indirect competitors. But in a way housing companies, construction companies can be our indirect competitors and they will have less than 20 percent of the market share .We are going to describe the trend in the market as a whole new era of housing system. As a revolution in Bangladesh of low-cost urban housing. Which will upgrade their way of living. Our customers will be able to live a better life in less cost also house owners can earn much more money by investing a low amount of money. Also we’re going to describe it as a luxurious life-style in low cost.
