Connecting youth with IT era

 The main goal of our project is to make the youth skillful for IT industry and make education available for everyone.

So our project is capable of solving unemployment and poverty problem .Beside this we will be able to spread light of education .

The solution we are proposing is pretty much straightforward.Our platform is a meeting place of IT people and our mass people.The unemployed youth will get training according to the demand of IT company.After training we will take work order from IT company and complete it with our trained people.

In case of education our country is doing well.But still there is a lot to be done.We want to facilitate our student who are not getting proper facility for financial hardship.Our model for education is simple but it will work.All we have to do is to maintain the chain.

 The problem we are committed to solve is unemployment of youth in Bangladesh.We also want to facilitate the students in education.

Let's see how acute the problem is.According to Trading Economics unemployment rate is 4.4 percent.

According to CIA (Central Intelligence Agency)  about 40% of the population is underemployed; many persons counted as employed work only a few hours a week and at low wages (link) .The most alarming fact is that 46% of the total unemployed youth are university graduates.The Dhaka Tribune has published a report on this recently.
In the field of education we are facing problem too.According to unicefThe proportion of children in secondary schools in Bangladesh is lowest in South Asia. Barely 46 per cent of the 95 per cent who pass the primary school leveldropout rate reaches a peak in eighth grade. At this stage, 14.6 per cent of both boys and girls leave school.We have found that students lose the interest in study because they don't understand what they are studying.Our aim is to build up a system
 where every student can have someone who will mentor him and help him in study.In this way we can decrease the dropout rate.
 
 

The main beneficiary  of our platform will be the unemployed youth and students.

It is alarming that a huge amount of our graduates in our country are  unemployed.The are struggling a lot but outcome is not satisfactory.The main reason is that they are educated but not well skilled.The other main reason of unemployment is everyone wants to enter in traditional job market.But traditional job market is already saturated.So our youth should be invested in a new industry that is growing in Bangladesh as well as in the world.

We are having communication with the jobless and ill paid people.They have shared their problems .While the corporate company claiming that they need more and more skilled people .As most of the people are not well skilled the companies fails to appoint them.

Our solution addresses  their needs.Many youth wants to be skilled.But they are not getting proper direction and facility. Although some of them are learning the skills but they are not getting chance to express.And the corporate companies also can not reach them.We are determined to make a platform that will solve this problem.

To improve education our  model will facilitate students .And the facility will propagate geometrically.

Our main service is to provide  proper training to our youth so that they become compatible with the IT industry .The trained people won't be left alone to find their job .As we will have connection with IT companies we will be able to provide job according to their capability. 

Our model for education is simple but it will work.We have divided the students in 4 levels.

1. Firstly the university students,
2. Secondly students of class 11-12
3. Thirdly students from class 6-10
4. Lastly students from class 1-5

We will provide some facility to the university students and the condition of getting this facility is they have to teach 3 students of level 2   (class 11-12).In the same way each level 2 student has to teach 3 students of level 3 (class 6-10).Lastly each  level 3 student has to teach  3 students of level 4 (class 1-5).
In this way a single university student  can teach 3 student directly and 36 students indirectly.All we have to do is to maintain the chain.

Our solution has two dimensions.Firstly  it will  cause  dynamic growth in IT industry and secondly our students will get more facility in education.

Let's see why our solution is innovative.There are many platforms who take money from people and train them to some extent.Their intention is only making money.Another type of platforms are those who just want skilled people for some time to work for them.This type of platforms are also self centered.

We are completely different here.Anyone who wants to learn skill can join our platform.It will be completely free.All they have to do is to help 3 other person in learning the skill they have already learnt.In this way our platform will create a huge amount of skilled work force.

We will not just left our trained people  unemployed.As we will have connections we will get work orders  and these  orders will be completed with our trained people. Thus our platform is unique.

In our education model we have already shown that a single graduate will help 3 students directly and 36 students indirectly.In this model every student will be to  learn something from his senior all he has to do is helping his  3 juniors in their study .This helping chain will grow exponentially.Our platform will help to maintain this chain.

Thus our platform will add new dimension in the field of national economy and education. 

Over the past five years global IT market has grown steadily with an 8.6% Compound Annual Growth Rate to reach US$175-180 billion in 2017.The domestic IT industry in Bangladesh is currently valued at US$0.9-1.1 billion and is expected to grow five-fold to reach US$4.6-4.8 billion by 2025.Key value propositions for Bangladesh’s IT industry are

1. Lowest operating costs among the top 250 IT  delivery locations  globally.
2. One of the youngest demographics with 50% of the population below the age of 25
3. Total university enrollment has nearly doubled in the last decade,surpassing 1.6 million in 2016.With 38 public and 92 private universities, Bangladesh churned out 543,000 tertiary graduates 1 in 2016-17.

Normally IT company has to provide internship to new people to make them skilled.But it is very costly,time consuming,and it increase their workload.Besides these the company has to appoint  them because company has invested a lot in them.Company has to continue with their appointed employee no matter the need them or not .

But our platform will solve it .If our platform workers don't have required skillful people then Company has to invest very little to get skillful people.They don't have to appoint them permanently.Company will pay when they will place any order.Thus our platform will provide them cheap,skillful work force at a single place when they will need .

Our platform will also the youth to facilitate our students.We already shown that a graduate student will help 3 students directly and 36 students indirectly.Our platform will just maintain the chain .

Currently we are not serving .But we hope  that we will be able serve 1000 youth  and 4000 students in next year.And in the next 5 year we aim to serve 30000 youths and 0.5 million students.

We are currently working 4 member to manage everything we need.

Every member of my team are from renowned university.Most of us are from CSE department of BUET. So we are best people who can take this challenge of growing IT industry.Our education background and skills completely compatible with this field.

Besides this most of us are from rural area of Bangladesh.We have already faced the the challenges in education system .We also have seen that huge number of youths are depressed and clueless as the are not getting job.

We are here to solve all this problems and contribute to our society .

There are basically 2 section in our model.First is making people skilled and second is spreading education.

Our goal is to make every single people educated and skilled according to market demand.
To achieve our first goal we will provide free training on IT fields.Then the training they will be able to work for IT companies.At present there is huge demand in this sector  in Bangladesh as well in other countries too.
After completing training they will get jobs.

We will take demand list from  any specific company.After that we will train unemployed youth to fulfill that demand .Then we will offer that company to give us work.We will provide best quality service at very reasonable price to the company.In this way the company will get cost effective working people and people will get jobs.In future the same company and other companies will contact us for more work order.

To achieve education goal we will provide free education facility to university students.The condition of getting this facility is that they have to help 3 student of higher secondary level in their study.And the higher secondary level student has to help 3  student ranging from class 5 to 10.And this students have to help the primary students and those who have no access to education.Thus if we just provide facility to top this will propagate from top to bottom.

At the beginning of our startup we have to invest in people to provide training and other regarding facilities.After 6 month we will be able to take work orders from corporate companies.This order will be completed through the people whom we trained.But it should be kept in mind that no person who have taken training from our platform will be forced to work for our platform.It will be completely their own choice. In this way our startup will make profit,the people will get jobs and the corporate companies will get their work done in a cost effective way.

There exists some barriers in implementing our startup.The first barrier is funding.Tiger IT Foundation can help us to overcome this.Besides we need strategic and operational support from a network of seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs in Bangladesh, including mentorship, office space, support with IP efforts, and more.
